This is the Link for the topic where I try to find out solutions.
I would use the credits to fund new Gallic Junker ship-line, I would try to have some kind of different/hybrid GJ ship that would motivate one to play GJ.
I also will fund some native speaker to edit the story that I intend to write in order to look perfect in English.
Sadly the barge jump nerf and my last let me with less then 800m credits. I was thinking to powerjump 3-4 B but the damn thing jumps 100-130k away from the spot and I have full time job so conventional trading wont cut it.
I would also poke the Dev team and the Story lead about it, I am not sure how the whole thing would end but it is hard and damn interesting task to make from useless now NPC faction something that would attract people in order to make official faction and play GJ.

Short Background:
The Obsidian Zoetic was originally backed by a secretive charity organization of rich zoners known as "The Council" around 817 AS.
Its original intents being to use their wealth to give back to Sirius as a whole by relocating refugees and setting up relief aid to those in need of it the most.
After the unfortunate bombardment of Toledo by the nomad forces, the OZ realized that their most important contribution to mankind would be to aid in developing the necessary technology and resources to fight against the Nomads.
Why should a player join us:
We attempt to give players a fair start in Disco, all our ships (except HQ ships) are shared and thus the player does not need to pay to buy a ship to join OZ. They are then given the opportunity: to trade for money, learn how player bases work, defend our traders/bases/system, a multitude of different RP roles and finally encouraged to join the Forums and take part in Forum RP.
Main Goal - Kill Gallian Influence and Reclaim the Throne of Kusari.

The IKN are a rendition of the Kusari Exiles. Currently Housing Diachi Kogen as an Heir apparent, these Loyal Fanatics are intent on reclaiming the throne of Kusari and removing the Gallian threat. They will stop at nothing to achieve their goals.
Why should a player join us:
A player should join us purely because we offer a wide assortment of people, places and Ships to play with. Combat is a daily occurrence and RP is a must have for our members. The storylines are rich in the Exiles.
Keep any form of nomad technology out of the hands of unapproved factions
Wipe out the alliance between Nomads and Outcasts
Tighten the relations with the Corsair Empire again

Short Background:
One Order agent named Marcus Dawn was not satisfied with the situation within the Order. Having served for almost 20 years and seeing that the primary fleet was switching more and more to a defensive role against the nomads and the Bounty Hunters Guild Core, he set up an idea of an independent force within the Order.
This taskforce should try to quickly respond to any threat to the Order and try to secure the deeper Omicrons. Furthermore the taskforce would primarily consist of military agents; research had to play a minor role within the taskforce.

Main Goal -Hegemony over Kusari. Imposition of a Militarist, Para-faschist government under a puppet Emperor. Destruction of the current regime by any means nescessary.

Short Background:
The Consortium originally was created as more of a science experiment than a fighting force, a project to create a practical system of mind control by the individual known as Ironwatsas. Watsas had joined forces with the Golden Chrysanthemums at the time to fight the Imperial Navy and end the Tau War, though it is now known he had his own motivations for doing so.
Now the Consortium have been re-awakened under CASE ORANGE. With Watsas no longer a factor, the Consortium's goals have changed slightly to both take over Kusari and unite it under the banner of Kokutai Imperialism, and subsequently join the war against Gallia to open a second front.
Why should a player join us:
The Consortium fills the niche of a politically motivated foil to the Democratic Republic of Kusari. We try to play the role of an impersonal, well organized, and very well equipped paramilitary which does not necessarily have the same goals or values as the old guard of Kusari Traditionalists.
If a player is interested in a thinking man's faction or simply wants to try something a bit different then the usual Blood Dragons, or if they enjoy broad conflicts of ideologies and don't mind playing the bad guy and can stomach some of the more cruel things we are capable of.
Main Goal - Establishment of 'Paradise in Kusari', also known as 'Yomi'. Essentially, a new Kusari Empire with an Empress on the throne.

Short Background:
Formed by Kuroko Shirai, the Kinkiku Tanritsu started as a small group of Golden Chrysanthemum who looked deeper into the words of Yuyu Matsuda and feel deeply into faith for the goddess Amaterasu. With the collapse of the Elder Council and the disappearance of the Sisterhood's leader Amaya Tanaka, Shirai took a more active role, recruiting more sisters to the group until it eventually became a large part of the Chrysanthemum as whole.
Why should a player join us:
The Kinkiku Tanritsu offers a unique blend of standard GC roleplay while adding religious zeal to the mix, something not seen often in Discovery. We value roleplay skills over PvP skills (though the latter is surely appreciated) and strive to be as friendly and polite outside of game as possible.

Short Background:
A secretive faction of smugglers, mercenaries, pirates, and more. With recent deals outside of Gallia, the Unione Corse are expanding their operations. In doing so, they've found another ally to assist them against the Gallic Crown, along with several trade partners and an intelligence agreement.
Why should a player join us:
We provide a lot of RP and an above average amount of profit. There aren't a lot of people who shoot at us, which gives players a nice break from the military factions that they are in. However we do have to be careful, as to maintain our quasi-legal status.

Main Activity - Revolution-based RP with Rheinland forces, unlawfuls and traders; Combat; Trading Main Zone of Activity - Rheinland and its border systems
Short Background:
With the movement in disarray, the Bundschuh party required unity and direction. The remnants of the Volksfront, Rheinlandische Volksfreiheitpartei and other smaller groups combined to form the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee. Ex-military officers and academics disillusioned with the present regime's policies flocked to what they saw to be the true means of fighting for the people of Rheinland.
Finding support amongst the people, seeking allies abroad and maintaining their old friendships - the VWA continue to undermine the Kanzler's regime and work towards the Volksrevolution.
Why should a player join us:
The Bundschuh are the most ideological of the Rheinland Unlawfuls, so quality RP is the main draw. The diplomacy outside of Rheinland is reasonably open, so the faction can (and will) be taken in interesting directions. Depending on the character you bring in, you can use a wide variety of tech, most notably turning RM ships against their original owners.
