Where's the red catamaran sold?

Blood Dragons have only 3 bases actually.

the readme doesnt even say that much =P

I've checked kyoto, and the base in their guard system... those are the only two I know of other than the one near tekagi's base, and it's completely empty, they dont sell anything at all.

Yeah, there are two Mito Shipyards. One sells capital ships, and the other sells fighters. They'll come up separately in your scanner.
