As you might have caught from this transmission I am Kenji Nagano, Royal advisor to the old emperor and our current emperor in waiting, I contacted you for reasons that all of you might find obvious by now, We need your help, lots of it. As you might have heard the war is not going well for bretonia, and they are slowly being pushed back across their border systems, the imperial navy itself is too sustaining casualties and we have resorted to using our forces as a Expeditionary force to Guerilla fight the Gallic Royal Navy, Gallic Royal Police and their Civillian industries in the Tau's.

Now this has left a certain toll on our forces, not a whole lot of manpower casualties seeing as the Gallics are poorly skilled fighters they are just well equipped and outnumber us, the Bretonians and Libertonians. Our losses are mainly in our arsenal, ships gentlemen, Ships which are now sitting in drydock, ships that have been blown up or salvaged for parts. We have problems with logistics in terms of spare parts, ships and equipment. In short we wont be able to sustain our current operations forever.

But we have plans gentlemen, plans where you loyal KPT agents could help us greatly, you all have access to ships, supplies and equipment from the motherland, you have the guts, the intelligence and stealth required to assist us with our operations. I cant divulge information about all of these plans just yet as it is uncertain who is listening into this frequency, I suspect that agents loyal to the state might be among some of you so for now im going to ask this simple question.

Who of you will step up to the plate and help our emperor to achieve great heights?
Who of you will deliver us back to Kusari?
Who of you will help us destroy the Gallic Fleets?
Who of you will support us?

Who of you will help us achieve victory?

We are already aware about this call for help, our own operatives already informed us, but we also thank you for remaining loyal to current state, and this only proves that.

Thankfully with the death of Emperor, there are no legal successors in bretonia, and whoever will take command would be usurper and false emperor without anything here in Kusari except of order for trial. Their best bet is to surrender and return what they have left from military ships and we might be merciful.

On the other hand, hai you are right, at this moment we can only prepare for their foolish try to return to Kusari and try to make a coup. Remain loyal to Kusari Ishiyama-san and you will get any support that might be required in your future missions.
