Stuck in a player base

Yesterday my friend docked to our player base. He tried to take off from the base but the base took off the following equipment:
Discovery Scanner
8 Transport Turret type 2
Thruster

When he tries to buy them back the following sign appears:
ERR Base will not sell goods. We cant figure out what to do.


Any suggestions?

Well, the reason he can't undock is because he needs to equip a scanner, and you say he sold his own to the base. If it's your base as you say, just set the scanner to sell so he can buy it?

E.g.

/base login <password>
/shop
-> look for the discovery scanner and it's ID
/shop price <ID> <price> 0 0
where 0 0 are the minimum and maximum values. A minimum of 0 means he can buy the scanner if there's more than 0 on the base. a maximum of 0 means noone can sell a scanner again.
