- Cannot ally with any military, police, or corporate players excepting the GMG.
You are allowed to ally with GMG, so you can fly with them, fight beside them, group with them, the whole thing. You are also allowed to engage Pirates in Kusari, and the Sigmas and Taus that border Kusari, and Corsairs are Pirates, so yeah knock yourself out. Hogosha are pirate|lawful either are covered, so they are valid targets too. You still need to do RP and make demands when needed (piracy and cargo ships), but otherwise pew it up.

He has a point though, you wouldnt want to be seen flying in in public in the same squad as GMG since it could lead to difficulties between Kusari and GMG. Just dont flaunt it.

lol'd.
A question of my own, does this mean BD could engage GC? Obviously it wouldn't happen very often, but I guess I'm wondering if NPC relations are governed by the rules.

my opinion is that GC and BD are closely allied enough that 6.9 would prohibit them from attacking each other without prior mutual consent, same for either of them attacking GMG, or vice versa.
I believe in general, GC and BD leave eachother be (loosely allied/friendly). However, if a GC would be holding up a GMG transport for credits or likewise, a BD could easily intervene on the GMG's behalf. But if it's just the GC and BD meeting, they'd not come to blows.
