I may have inadvertently broken a rule

I swear, it was a complete and total accident. My internet connection just decided to hiccup during a PvP fight... and now I can't connect to the server even though I can perfectly see it. I may have gotten myself banned for this, but I swear I did not do it on purpose! My ISP just decided to be stupid for a moment, I did not F1 at all (I never do, I never would, I know the rules). Please, I did not mean to do this! >_<

i don t think you get banned that quickly - unless the admins have a new and improved express ban without consideration. - however, if you cannot connect again, maybe it wasn t a hickup but FL hook just detected a corrupt file or something ( if you can see the server - but cannot connect )

but if you were banned, it d tell you that you re banned. - maybe you just need to reboot your whole system and try again, if it still doesnt work - PM an admin and they may look into it. if its nothing with the server, then something in your system causes the problem ( a firewall that suddenly decided that freelancer is bad for you or something.... )

Next day, and I'm apparently docked on Manhattan as though I was shot down (no ammo, no bats/bots, no cargo). I guess my opponent took me out while I stood still doing nothing. Why I couldn't reconnect during that time is beyond me.

So... I guess I was just being paranoid. Sorry :S
