This one is still years away, but it could be a big hit as well.
I cannot count on one hand the amount of Fantasy MMOs we've been fed.
The only sci-fi one we've had (in my recent memory, anyways) was Tabula Rasa (AO doesn't count. Crappy game.) And Tabula Rasa.. Well.. Sucked.
But a WH:40K MMO would be great.
What are your thoughts on it?

Was a very popular tabletop wargame for many years still is in the UK, very rich history and background story to the game, heck I still have a couple hundred painted figurines stuck in storage. Fairly successful line of CnC computer versions have hit the market. Will be enteresting to see how they'll implement it into a MMORPG.
Should be interesting to see how it turns out. Space Marines are going to be oh so popular.
What I would like to see are large scale battles. With computers getting better and better, MMORPGs can upscale battles etc and generally not worry too much about lag.
Star Wars Galaxies (Dead now)
Star Trek Universe (Still in Development)
...and one other one that I can't remember the name of in which the economy was mirrored to the real economy.
So don't be dissing on the fantasy MMO's, there have been plenty of other Sci-Fi MMO's
On another note, I can't access the site because of the filter, but I expect it looks good.

You fear oblivion. Yet you forget. The universe remembers every atom of your being. Even dust hums your name in the dark. Roleplay is dead. Long live Powertraders and PvP I guess.
