After brief review, it has been decided that The Coalition High Command will once again begin to distribute Campaign and Proficiency medals to pilots and Marines of the Revolutionary Military as incentive to maintain their skills and rise in rank.

Required by Militsonyers

Hispania Memorandum:
Successfully complete your first trip to the Hispania, etching your name into the hull, paying tribute to the great history of our Glorious Coalition while defacing what the Outcasts see as a Monument. Upon completion of this act, this ribbon will be awarded.

The JiangXi Survival Cross:
Successfully completing your trial on JiangXi. Those who survive the wasteland on the surface and reach the safety of the New Hangzhou Airfield will be awarded this medal.

Combat Proficiency 3rd Class:
Upon Verification of three confirmed kills, this medal will be awarded to the victorious pilot who has claimed their first major combat victory against the enemy.

Coalition Infiltration Medal:
Successfully achieve a tactical victory against the enemies of The Coalition. Take part in a successful mission utilizing three or more Coalition vessels to infiltrate enemy territory in order to raid military targets or gather intelligence.

Combat Proficiency 2nd Class:
Upon successful verification of 10 confirmed kills, this ribbon will be awarded to a seasoned combat pilot.

Wealth Distribution Medal 3rd Class:
Upon successful verification of a donation to the SCRA banks of 50m credits, this ribbon will be awarded. Donations are vital to the flow of the Social Credit to the civilian population. You are regarded as a truly generous Coalition citizen and your personal sacrifice for the greater good of the Citizenry is sincerely appreciated.

Red Star of the Coalition:
Awarded to those who have performed above and beyond that which has been expected of them, be that in the defense of Coalition principles and ideals, or in striking down our enemies wherever they may be.

Shield of the Revolution:
Successfully protect a vessel of our Capital Ship Fleet against enemy attack, placing yourself at risk of great harm to ensure the survival of our Fleet.

Wealth Distribution Medal 2nd Class:
Upon successful verification of a donation to the SCRA banks of 200m credits, this ribbon will be awarded. You will also be subjected to an interview by the Commissariat...to ensure that you haven't been dealing with any capitalists.

Combat Proficiency 1st Class:
Upon successful verification of 20 confirmed kills, this ribbon will be awarded to a Veteran pilot who has achieved "Ace" status. These pilots are the best of the best, and tales of their glory pass down from generation to generation.

The Red Banner of The People:
Awarded to those who have convinced a foreign civilian or enemy combatant to join our glorious cause and become a citizen or Agent of The Coalition.

Hero of the Revolution:
Only ever awarded by the Premier to those she sees as true Heroes, having completed a feat so impossible, in the name of The Coalition People, that it is worthy of enshrinement into history.

Wealth Distribution Medal 1st Class:
Upon successful verification of a donation to the SCRA banks of 500m credits, this ribbon will be awarded. Donations of this size truly help to ensure that the Coalition people (Or at least the Army), continue to enjoy the quality of life which they do.

With the reimplementation of a dedicated system of reward and recognition, it has also been determined by Revolutionary Army High Command that soldiers and pilots selected to receive awards will be notified via this channel, for organizational purposes as well as for increased visibility, so that the brave soldiers of the Coalition will be made aware when their comrades are rewarded and praised. It is my hope that this will both improve overall morale, and also give you, the glorious soldiers of the Revolution, something to strive for.
