As long as nobody complains about that exact name already being used by somebody else with an established background it's fair game.

That happen to myselfe with my future BMM miner, had the exact same name like a BAF|MN Player.

What does that have to do with multiboxing?

AFAIK Multiboxing is when you have multiple instances of Freelancer open at the same time, and are playing with both.

I've seen a couple of XXX-EagleEyes flying around in the past year(s). The question remains whether or not these people were inspired by the LD I created in June 2010 and named LNS-EagleEye. Sometimes I really do think some were.

If his name bugs you, have you tried contacting him ingame to sort things out?
Could just be a coincidence after all.

That would be the first step. Since his name could be intended to troll you, the next step would be to contact the admins and let them decide.

Killing or bountying him for oorp reasons, as spazzy suggested, would be wrong in my opinion.
