Base name necessary (destroyed by LN)
location Magellan
IFF IMG

when an ultimatum is given and it is not respected, what can we do? Liberty Navy broke before the ultimatum expired. LN have take 36 million for a month and give me 2 days to pay a fee but they have destroyed the base before!

and BPA before all this have take 12 million and destroyed 6 ship

where is honesty?

three weeks of work in the trash

thanks for attention

So far as I can see, no server rule violations were committed. All the actions were roleplay repercussions to roleplay actions.

When you're going to make a PoB, it's a good idea to either a) register it first, b) hide it really well or c) have enough forces/allies to beat off any attackers (like House navies).

Don't build a base without permission from the government. When you do, they don't owe you a deadline, that's simply goodwill. In my experience, deadlines for unregistered bases have so far more often been used to upgrade the base against a siege than anything, so in your position I'd be glad they didn't start sieging it the minute they found it.

But since when... does Liberty control Magellan?

Joint protectorate between Liberty and Bretonia - but that's just RP. LN and BAF NPCs do patrol their respective sides of the system though.

As Jammi said, if you look through the rules there looks to be nothing broken.

The Liberty and Bretonian government are just being greedy and wanting a sum of money to let it remain, if you cannot pay it off then it will be destroyed. There really is not much you can do about it other then paying the money. Its a legitimate Roleplay claim since they are the government. Some people may not find it fair inRP of course, yet it still stands.

Well the lawfuls have to follow a set of rules still. If you look at the Liberty pages on the forums, the instructions on the base permits, it does state that you must contact the Liberty Government before you build the base, and pay the fine listed under the system name. It does so happen that Magellan is in that list.
