Rheinland Military Bonus Payment Office

Piloten of the Rheinwehr,
Effective immediately, the Oberkommado, in cooperation with Daumann Heavy Construction, has decreed to offer bonus payments on top of the monthly salary for every soldier who excels in performing his or her duty for the Vaterland. These bonus payments have been generously funded by Daumann Heavy Construction to encourage safekeeping of Rheinland's viable trade centers.

To be eligible to claim these bonus payments, the following terms have to be met:

1. Eligible pilots

1.1 To be eligible to claim a bonus payment, a pilot has to be a currently enlisted member of the Rheinland Military Hauptflotte [RM]

2. Bonus payment conditions

2.1 To claim a bonus payment, a pilot has to provide one or more of the following, depending on the situation:

• Visual proof of his deeds via guncam shots
  
• Communication logs
  
• Scans of involved vessels
  

2.2 Bonus payments may only be claimed while operating in the following systems:
New Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Sigma-13, Stuttgart, Omega-11, Omega-7, Omega-3*

2.3 Bonus payments may only be claimed after performing one of the specified deeds included in this dossier

2.4 Bonus payments can not be stacked. Should a single deed entitle a soldier to more than one bonus payment, then only the highest applicable payment will be granted

3. Registering deeds

3.1 All evidence has to be included in either the patrol or after action report of the pilot applying for a bonus payment

3.2 To claim a bonus payment, the office has to be pointed to the respective report including all the necessary evidence

3.3 For the matter of keeping things organised, 3.2 will be done via this channel

*All operations in Omega-3 have to be according to the terms of the standing treaty with the Bretonia Armed Forces.

1. Destruction of enemies of the Bundesrepublik Rheinland

The Oberkommando sees fit to issue the following bonuses for the destruction of enemies of Rheinland:

For every fighter-class (LF, HF, VHF) destroyed;
$1, 000, 000 Sirius Credits
For every bomber-class or super heavy fighter-class ship destroyed;
$2, 000, 000 Sirius Credits
For every freighter or transport class destroyed;
$2, 000, 000 Sirius Credits
For every gunboat-class ship destroyed;
$4, 000, 000 Sirius Credits
For every cruiser- and battleship-class vessel destroyed;
$5, 000, 000 Sirius Credits

Enemies of Rheinland include, but are not limited to:

• Red Hessians
  
• Bundschuch
  
• Landwirtrechtbewegung
  
• Unioners
  
• Sirius Coalition Revolution Army
  
• Das Wilde
  
• Nomads
  
• Pirates
  
• Corsairs
  
• Outcasts
  
• Liberty Navy
  
• Liberty Security Force
  
• Liberty Police Incorporated
  

For every individual that is not openly affiliating themselves with one of the well-known enemies of the Rhein, sufficient proof of his misconduct and/or breaking of the Laws of Rheinland has to be provided.


2. Ensuring safety of trade inside the Bundesrepublik Rheinland

To upkeep Rheinland's economical dominance, the Oberkommando sees fit to issue a bonus of $2, 000, 000 Sirius Credits* for every successfully escorted and/or defended trade or mining vessel inside the priorly specified area of operations. To avoid fake claims, evidence of an agreement with the captains of said vessels has to be provided, as well as a confirmation of the captains once the escort and/or defensive operation has been completed.

*Being the prime benefactor of the bonus board, special attention should be payed to protecting Daumann vessels and especially mining operations, which is rewarded with $3, 000, 000 Sirius Credits.


3. Interception of smugglers

The Oberkommando sees fit to issue a bonus of $2, 500, 000 Sirius Credits for every successfully intercepted smuggler within the aforementioned territory that is dealt with peacefully.


4. Enforcing Rheinland Law

The Oberkommando sees fit to issue a bonus of $200, 000 Sirius Credits for every occasion Rheinland Law has been enforced that does not fall under any of the aforementioned categories.
