Good livings, Miners.

As the Chief Executive Officer of the Gas Miners Guild I've decided to stage a guild vote. All those participating are required to have official "Guild Member" status. Votes are to be sent on this frequncy. Any additional information other than a simple yes or no will not be counted. The subject and details we will be voting on is located at the bottom of this message.

As you all know funding has been added from our treasury into the Security Department for the Xcalibur & Exodus project. The voting question for the guild is:

"Should the Xcalibur and Exodus project be shutdown?:
-Yes or -No.

My vote: No.

Thank you,
-John Adams

Konnichiwa and good livings. Best of luck to all of you regarding your decision.

In my opinion the project should be halted and reformed. Capital ships disbanded and project unit replaced with Kusari Explorer. Submitting my vote.

"Should the Xcalibur and Exodus project be shutdown?"
-Yes

Well, my vote is yes. You know my conservative ideas on this, how we should stick to the tried and true methods of employing small crafts in large numbers to increased effectiveness. Kusari Explorers are small enough to easily insert themselves into any system almost completely undetected. I am willing to assign the Explorer that was commissioned at my request to exploration duties in the border worlds at any moment.

Project.. "Xcalibur" does not follow our heritage. Let us use the resources for other projects instead, like increasing our security of the Sigma quadrant.

Mister Shikubu, I believed I made myself perfecly clear on the rules of voting. Either a simply Yes, or a simply No. There is to be No addition information what-so-ever. Perhaps it would be wise to read my messages a little bit closer.

Thank you,
-John Adams

I wanted to present our options in a clear and visible way. It is but a justification towards my vote, I found simply saying "Yes." to be rude and unsuitable. Being the head diplomat, I assumed that this would be appreciated rather than shunned.
