One of my players built a base. then several weeks later went to build another base in the vicinity of the first one he built. Upon docking after deployment, only crew, water, and oxygen are shown in his cargo hold. Food and alloys are not shown even if they are present. This is when he is docked with the new base.
When he launches and then checks his cargo hold, they are there.
He has tried using the same Base construction platform as the one he built the first one with and also a new base construction platform with the same results.
I've searched the forums here and can't seem to find anything concerning this.
Sounds to me like someone has set up minimum quantities on the store for these. Try logging in as a base administrator and see if the "missing" cargo shows up. Does the cargo show when you type /shop?

I'll ask, but I don't think it's a login factor as I've seen this happen on another server. Not able to sell to the installation because it doesn't show up in the cargo when the player goes to sell it.
