Guten Tag...
I am contacting you to enquire about a MND vessel I encountered during one of my patrols in New Berlin...The said vessel is a Kusarian Battlecruiser with ein MND ID... When I asked the captain if he had a permission for such a vessel he gave me a name of ein BDM officer who issued such permission...Since he was acting highly suspicious I decided to contact you in order to clear the matter...My superiors have already been informed and I ordered the ship to remain docked at a military base until the matter is cleared...
I am submiting my guncam images of the vessel as well as the conversation logs...
