OOC Note: This storyline occured in another timeline, so everything that happened here happened in another "demension".
Storys, legends, and legacies were spoken of the Zeta for a long time. Many believed the race to be simply spawned from nothing, and as old as the Ancients who created the C'tan(Nomads). They were not entirely wrong, but that is another story all together. Just as all races evolve, so did the Zeta. Their DNA was in a constant flux of space/time, and so they constantly evolved, each new generation bringing with them new abilities.
However, evolution does not always grant the user new abilities, but new curses. Sometime after the third king of the Zeta, Jaezel, a child was born to a poor widow, and he was not of Zeta race. His eyes were orange, his body more tan than a normal Zeta, and had tremendious power. As the child grew, so did his agression and rage. Each new day bringing more uncontrolled, untapped power to the table, and such power did not keep things in balance.
The Prince, Yek, considered the child a menace and cast him out of the Zeta order, and the Zeta planet entirely. The child was given a ship, and doomed to wonder space forever, until more Zeta began to be cast with this affliction, and they too were cast out of the Zeta order, doomed to wonder space forever. Eventually, the Rakzam, which is what they named themselves. They grouped together and landed on a planet far away from the Zeta order. They plotted a war with the Zeta...and a war they got. Sometime during the reign of the great king Raziel's father, the Rakzam struck with shocking accuracy. However, their inability to control their strengths and power marked their end, and the war was faught for only a few years before the Rakzam bowed to the Zeta's might.
Krazm, the King, cast the remaining Rakzam out, and destroyed their planet as punishment, saying to never return to the place of their ancestors. However, the Rakzam were plotting the entire time, and developed an ingenius plot to destroy the Zeta once and for all. They crafted a weapon to destroy their planet and once it was prepaired, they warned the King of his certain doom. The King was unable to save his people, so he saved the only person and child he could: His son. He launched his son in a craft, hoping that one day he would be able to save his race, several other Zeta were launched as children, attempting to save their race, hoping that one day they would all meet up once again, and the planet detonated in an amazing explosion...
Several thousand Lightyears away, on a planet populated by mankind, the pod crashed, and a man discovered it, sending the rest of the story into motion.
"He's not human! Look at his eyes! That alone should show you what he is!" replied another.
"The gods sent him to us for a reason Kal. He's destined to be the one who will save us from ourselves one day. Do you not remember the book? It said, in a time of great turmoil, one from the heavens would be delivered to us, and here he is. We are in a time of great turmoil, and a gift has been delievered to us."
"Mark my words Jath, this one will mark our end...this child...will kill us all."
They wern't far from the truth...fast forward several years later to when the boy was now a man of 18 years young. His once dull red eyes becoming a bright blood red. The old Kings guard were the rebels. 20 years ago, the original King of the land was murdered by his brother, and the guard was all but destroyed, besides a select few who vowed to take down that king. Jath, was the head of the guard, and lead his friends and allies to the attacks and raids.
Soon, Jath fell ill with a mysterious desease, and the young "god child" as many called him took up his fathers fight. For years the King and his army battled the Kings old Guard, however they each held their ground, battled for centuries, and the god child never aged. They eventually became another nation all together, and in a time of great turmoil, neuclear war began, killing billions, the world began to come apart, the core of the planet was destroyed. Earthquakes, electrical storms, cyclones destroyed the planet, famine set in, droughts killed all plant life, desease ran rampant, until one day, the planets core finally failed.
The planet had only a few years left, when mysterious visitors arrived of the same race as the god child, telling him to come with them...this set everything into motion. They told him of his true heratige, to be the king of the Zeta, his race. When he refused, they stole him from the planet, and left. The people of the ancient planet of old, fled in starships to another planet a few million miles away, they named it Earth/Terra, and there mankind restarted and forgot their old home, Niribu. Niribu became the asteroid belt after exploding in fury, and slowly the remains became the asteroid belt.
All forgot about their god king...and he forgot all about them...
The Zeta worshiped a god named Krisham...his words and meanings meant everything to the Zeta, and Raziel was most benifited by his graces. His strength was unheard of, his power was ungodly, and his rule was with an iron fist. The Zeta loved him, and the Rakzam hated him. Everything Raziel stood for, the Rakzam hated, and thus began the second war of the Zeta. The remaints of the Zeta, the cast out from the planet shortly before it exploded, waged war on their lost brethern, and a bloody war was faught. The Zeta almost losing, but in the last remaining hours of the battle, Raziel killed a multitude of their people and won the war.
The Rakzam then became the Zeta's slaves, being chained with power restraining chestguards, the Rakzam became little more than workers for the Zeta, free labor. Those Rakzam that escaped the King's grasp, fled into space, to another place all together, and Raziel chased them until they could no longer run. He executed every last remaining Rakzam that he found, and those that were worthy remained as slaves. The King Raziel had killed every last threat to the Zeta...until they began encroaching on their land.
They didn't really have a name or they never told the Zeta. They only began firing on the Zeta. They were a organic like creature, their ships were organic, their very way of life was organic. They followed the Zeta everywhere they went, attacking them to the very ends of the Galaxy. They were easy to kill, but there were so many of them. Then, their masters showed themselves. The race was cursed with a disease that affected their skin in every kind of atmosphere, so they remained in strange biosuits, huge in size. They threatened the Zeta with death if they did not submit to them.
The Zeta, being a warlike race and with powers gifted by the Shadow god, Krisham, the Zeta refused, and waged war with the strange race for centuries, until eventually the creatures won and took all the Zeta as slaves, and wiped their memories, forcing them to fight their wars for them. Several hundred Zeta escaped the memory wipings and fled, far away from Sirius and the race that imprisioned and enslaved them. The Rakzam, seeing their chance to escape fled not after the remains of the Zeta, but with them, both vowing to return to Sirius one day, to save their breathern...
