still, it counts as an essential piece of disco history, but I did notice that flood was "spammer welcome" back then. why was that? and when did flood transform from "lightly regulated" to "complete anarchy... within the scope of rules"?

I doubt it is complete anarchy. I caused complete anarchy once, and was politely told to stop.

Back then, there were less people. And Flood has never counted for posts. Encourages forum activity, basically.

I used a different skin, much like this one. It was nice.
