Some people don't seen to understand RP

Hi,
I am new to Discoverygc and have recently started a character on the RP server. I thought it was supposed to be a Roleplaying server, in the last 3 days I have been blown out of the sky on 4 occasions and only once was it done with some form of Role playing. The last one was by some dead beat called Nope, the role playing went something like this:

Nope : NAVY
Nope: NAAAVY
Nope: Bootwa
Bootwa: 2 Secs (Was in the middle of a fire fight with Liberty Rogues)
Bootwa: Yes sir.
He then just opened fire on me and killed me.

His faction was Neutral to me.

How is this role playing?????????

I clipped the name so that it's not a trial-by-forum, but I can tell you this player is new too. They probably had not read the rules. Mistakes, or people that break the rules happen. Make reports, live and let live, etc.
