The Artificial Intelligence Consensus is in need for taking a huge Logistic & Trading Division fleet to the Gallia System for increasing the technology of the Consensus constructs. Theoretical dangers and the distance require the need of escorting vessels

Background:

The unique multi-dimensional scanner of the "Cataract" offered that a high density of chemical structures that are similar to the parts that are needed for upgrading the construction are available in an undiscovered part of Sirius. This area is completely undiscovered by the Consensus and will require diplomacy and protection units in case of a first contact.

... if you intend to take a cruiser or two along as your "flagship", you might find "Legal buying" and "Diplomatic RP" not much of an option. Many houses bar cruiser class ships from entering their space, and this includes AI's. Also, what is your intended route - over Alpha, Lorraine and Champagne - which crosses 3 warzones? Or over the Taus and Orkney/Languedoc, which means crossing Kusari and the Gallic front with that fleet?

1.) 2.) 3.) Cryocubes are an important commodity of the Gallic market, they don't just sell it to anybody. Even if you are capable of purchasing them in-game due to game mechanics, that won't save you if you are not allowed to purchase them inRp and your diplomacy is not matching your actions... or let's say vice versa, your actions don't match your RP diplomacy. Keep that in mind.
4.) Without prior communications, why do you think any Gallic authority of corporation will allow you trading in Gallia? Not that letting you near their most valuable commodity, they won't even let you inside the Kingdom.
5.) Indie encounters of what nature? And what about official factions? Also, as AD asked, what your route will be?
6.) Again, you appear with a fleet half of it consisting caps, other half haulers. Out of the blue, without any prior communication or notice that you will go there. Again, they don't know you. What diplomatic RP do you expect other than getting ordered to turn around and get shot at if you don't?
7.) This event involves Gallia, if you did not contact the Gallic factions inRP, at least did you contact players of these factions OoRP?

And yes, as AD pointed out, uninvited capital vessels are unwelcome in most of the houses, Gallia is no exception.

Cruisers are restricted !!! Flagship and Carrier are "upgraded" Renzu Liner.

The Gallic authority and other players should actively jump in. Like it is mentioned in the "Background" "scans offered that these commodity is available there". If there is a permission to trade or else should be discovered inRP. That's why we've created this as an event that the gallic authority and other players know what is expected.

In general it's like a first contact event with Gallia!!!
