(1)(2) Discovery Launchpad v1.3 does the same as FL account manager + FL account generator. Some players prefer the first option in order to have all in one program, other ones prefer to have the two other programs cause they feel are better. Chose one of the 2 options, if it not fits your needs, try the other one.
I sadly see quite a lot of outdated links on the first glance alone. If someone could update this or even better we update the standard tutorial overview thread, that'd be greatly appreciated.
