Mining contract would be start of fruitful for both sides cooperation, I want to thank you for choosing Daumann Heavy Construction, but first, we would like to know more about your group. So far our vessels reported only once meeting AI ship, we need to make sure our miners will be safe.
Please do not take this as a sign of hostility, but currently our house experiences wave of terror directed at peaceful miners and traders, we need to know with who we deal.
Our prices are fair, although they can vary, depending on shortages of metals on a Sirian markets, happening recently. I am sure we can enter negotiations about contract right away once our Corporation knows more about Consensus.

We have received a report from our miners of the incident, however the circumstances are not entirely clear to the legal department. We would like to know what exactly happened so we can contact the involved parties. We apologize for the ineptitude of certain law enforcing agents and we will do our best to get this sorted out. Regarding the contract, to be on the safe side, we will get to writing one down as soon as possible.

Some Ships of the RFP accused us by stealing Aluminium Ore from Daumann field in Munich. RFP ordered Logistic Division to drop the whole cargo. The Consensus is definitely sure that this was just a disaccord, but an official fixed-contract should help to prevent an inefficient incident like this.
