I am contacting you regarding some mis-understanding that the ZA have had with the Corsair Empire and hope you could help us calm the situation down and reach a peaceful conclusion.

The ZA are a group of Zoners based in O-74 who have brought their families and kin to settle down. Though we reside still in our ships we do however have stations which we use for re-supply and repairs.

We try and live in peace but as you know the Omicrons are less than peacful at times.

Would it be possible to discuss the events that lead to this un-fortunate colapse in communications.

The time line of the events i need help with are as follows

Unknown Zoner caused friction in Omicron-Theta-(i have tried on comms to reach him to find out what exactly happened but no luck yet)

Zoner transport, was attacked in Sigma-13 (by unknown pilots who later were acknowledged as Corsairs after scans) and told to hand over 3 million in Sirius Credits and also its cargo, under penalty of death.

ZA Cruiser, attacked in Omicron-Theta by the Sigma-17 Jump Hole

ZA ships mobilised in Sigma-17 and O-74

Unknown cruisers flee to Sigma-17 and are pursued to Sigma-19 Jump Gate and to Sigma-13

ZA Ships enter Sigma-13 and warn shipping of threat, also Rheinland Navy Cruiser that was in the system.

ZA ships are informed that Unknown Ships have entered Rheinland Space.

Pursuit Ends as we have no right to enter house space, or chase down hostile ships in Sigma-13 as its a GMG system. (But a we felt a warning should be given)

ZA scans reveal that those we have pursued have jumped from Frankfurt back to O-Gamma.

ZA ships then make their way to Free-port 9, while entering O-Theta scans reveal a Outcast Capital Ship sat at the Jumphole. He acknowledges us and we him but we continue to free-port 9 without discussing anything with him. Even though he tries to open group comms to us all, we ignore him.(were suspicious the fact that he was there with so many Corsairs around)

One pilot loses his cool after much goading and chases a hostile to the Gamma Jump hole. Other fleet members then follow after he is fired upon.

The hostiles then flee to Gamma, pilots follow then withdraw several minutes later realising their mistake.

Hostiles then in number pursue and start firing once again.

ECG member asks them to cease fire, he is ignored so Ships return fire after one of the ZA ships shields are crippled.

ZA ships move away to calm the situation, hostiles ships pursue and destroy a Neph. The pilot and crew survive by pure luck.

Then it continues for 1 hour more of hit and runs then ceases.

ZA ships hold position near to Free-port 9 to avoid further losses.

Mr. Tri-Udent,

I will admit, I have not heard much of your group of late, and I had taken that as a sign of peaceful interaction with your neighbors. It seems I was incorrect. Lets be Honest, the mere fact that you are contacting me shows that you have more than a slight misunderstanding with the Corsair Empire. What exactly is it that you want me to do for the ZA in this situation?

I'll be honest with you, from what you have included here, the situation does not look good on your group. From this information, it looks like one of your ships was pirated, a not so uncommon occurance, and your group overreacted. Though as I look through this list of events I do see areas where it just screams of more information. It would not be possible to draw an informed decision from this extremely limited list of events. There is just too much missing.

You are correct that the Omicrons are a dangerous place to live, and they get even more dangerous for those that cannot learn to pick their battles wisely.

I am willing to assist you, but I need to know exactly in what capacity you want my assistance. To that end, I suggest we meet to discuss all this in person. Perhaps you would care to join me in the Board Room aboard Nichols Trade Center?

I will need to know exactly and completely what events have transpired. I will need log transcripts from your groups involved vessels, as well as access to any communications that have been involved in the 'misunderstanding'. Bring these items with you and we can work to get to the bottom of whats has happened between the Corsair Empire and your group. As a finishing note, make sure all information you bring me is complete and unedited. Should I find evidence of tampering, My help will be withdrawn and you and your group will be left to their fate.

I was witness to the last time a group of Zoners thought to Challenge the Corsair Empire, I pray your group does not make the same mistakes.

It has been quite some time since you contacted me, requesting my aid in some problem you were having with the Corsairs. Since you have chosen not to reply to my transmission, I will assume that you no longer need my assistance. Whether this is because you've worked it out, or because the Corsairs have ended your existence remains to be seen. I will be making a trip to Omicron 74 personally to inspect the situation. If you are alive, I request you explain your silence. If not....I suppose its a moot point and I'll get my information from the Corsair's.
