it has been a whle since we met each other. As I don't to steal your time, I am coming
straight to the point.
One Four One has been informed that ein certain corsair capital vessel engaged one
Order cruiser within Omicron Delta, when fighting nomads. From what information
I could gather, the Order vessel did not provoke the Corsair kapitaen.

I know that still some rather unpleasan situations happen between the Order and
certain elements of the Corsair Empire, but this almost looked like as if the Corsair
was about to protect the nomad. A serious matter, don't you agree on this?

Right now, the rest of Overwatch does not know about this incident, but I am not sure
how long this will be. Perhaps you make some sort of your own investigation?

You propably heard of so called "Zoner Alliance" that set themselves up in Omicron 74.

Order's inquiry concerns diplomatic stance between them and Council of Elders. This notorious group has gathered big amount of negative attention, word coming from our sources and testimony of independent Corsairs and ZA members themselves. I expect an answer included together with respond concerning this "Nomad" Corsair.

it seems the Omicrons got some more loco vibes this season again. Bueno then, let's deal with the problemas at hand.
Let's get things straight, senor Davids, a battlegroup of yours was fighting Nomads, then got attacked by a ship flying under Corsair flag? The evidence you present is not very...informative but suggestive.
Was the Corsair vessel destroyed alongside the Nomad threat? Was it boarded and the crew checked up on infestation? Did they run off? Possibly back to Omicron Gamma?
My advice on this matter, speaking as a private hombre here: go and grab that capitano of yours and get him to speak in front of the Corsair court, that would be an elegant way to see if we have a nomad problem or some loco capitano missing his way to our front lines.
To make things as clear as they get: the Corsair Empire has no agenda against the Order and its forces, and there is no reason for any kind of aggression - if misguided capitanos missed who our true enemies are or if they are infected, they are beyond help to me!

Continuing - the so called Zoner Alliance...the new gringos on the block. Big mouths, lots of air to move if you ask me. I have nada idea where they came from, they surely have no clue on how the Omicrons work. They try to tip the balance...just in no ones directions, making enemies left and right, overstepping boundaries and hide behind their stronger brethren. The Corsair Elders discuss their future, that is all i can say - but if you have informaciones on their intentions or things like that...i am all ears!

I will let Davids deal with Corsair problem.

As to issue of "Zoner Alliance", good to know what you think about this group. I agree, they have no capability to realize how Omicrons really are. To my knowledge they are already in shooting dispute with certain Corsair individuals not directly affilated to any of major Corsair familias and were notably in lenghty and wordy conflict with Phoenix Zoners which has since been dealth with after resorting to their own medicine.

They also claim to have support of Elders, however considering they have "cut off all trade deals with Corsair Empire" and their general attitude towards everything I doubt it is the truth. They did not mentioned any notable persona of any major Corsair organisation that supposedly supports them.

If situation escalates, Order will not aid so called "Zoner Alliance", them already discarded with cheap and pathethic insults the last attempt of education as how things run around here from our side. Said people are just a potential risk that understand only sheer firepower placed right on their throats. As for their plans, let their action speak for them: Both access points to Omicron 74 are reinforced at least two-fold with weapon platforms administered only by ZA.

Should Elders do plan decisive move against them, I request to be personally informed. I will not miss ZA presence should Elders decide to permanently remove them. Neither will Zoners.

I am afraid, but this is all data that could be saved from the black box.
The attack come all of a sudden to the Resheph cruiser. And with no other forces
present at that time, we lack more proper evidence.
Thus why I also contacted you instead of bringing up the matter to the Corsair court.

Imagine what uproar would start, if this was not a real corsair ship, but rather someone
flying under Corsair flags.
Can you perhaps have a look out for this ship in Gamma? I will make sure that
we get addtional information as soon as possible.

I thought a little update would be bueno here- senor Davids, i couldn`t get hold of that Conquistador vessel yet, it seems it didn`t call port since that incident- which sadly leaves room for speculation. In any case, we will get it checked upon contamination as soon as it lands on one of our installations to sort this out.

On the Zoner Alliance- i think they cooled off a bit and started to think about their situation. The Empire offered them a hand and forgiveness...and they took it. I hope they remember now that it is the Corsair Empire that keeps tehm safe from being abducted by Nomads, made into Aliens by Outcasts or shipped off by some gringo slavers...in any case, we will keep our eyes and ears open, i don`t trust them, they might harbor a grudge or other loco plans, who knows -they have their chance now, if they lose it...well it will be over quick. I guess time will tell, we have much more important business to handle than Zoners trying to bit off pieces of the cake they can`t stomach...

it looks like you are not the only one which did not meet that certain vessel again.
I assume after the stunt he pulled, the corsair kapitaen tries to keep ein low profile.
Which is both gut and bad. Depends from what angle you want to see it.
