Alright, let me explain myself here:

There has been a rash increase of smugglers to Bretonia in Kusari. Now, a lot of these I stop at Planet Kyushu as my AFA. Being the nationalist that I am, can I demand that they land on the planet to drop their goods, or must I ask them to jettison them and destroy them? The second one seems mighty wasteful, since those goods were wrought but Kusari hands, so, am I in line for asking people to drop their cargo off when they are smuggling things through Kyushu, or is this limited to KNF and KSP pilots?

Thank you.

My opinion would be that if the KNF and KSP are doing it, just set your ID and IFF up the same way either of theirs is set up and you are just as allowed as they are. Roleplay it of course.

From the wording of your ID, no. In RP yes. Helpful soul aren't I? I'd suggest care be taken on that road. Whilst Farmers are actually a lawful group with an unlawful habit of blowing up foreign traders, the ID is still generic pirate.

I personally have no issues with you doing so, as so long as you aren't actually pirating traders the KNF and KSP will ignore your activities and even applaud them. So if you demand they drop smuggled goods and then you destroy them, it is unlikely you will be considered to be doing anything unlawful if goods demanded and destroyed are forbidden from being brought to Kusari or taken to Bretonia by the KNF legal mandates.

I'm talking about doing it as a Farmer, not a Naval or Police officer. The faction tag is something I would get anyway, since I'm too lazy to setup indies, if I was going to actually be a KNF or KSP officer.

You are more than a helpful soul, Del, having to put up with me and all....

Nothing I have done in the eyes of the KNF have been seen as unlawful, and, heck, I've even worked closely with them, and bashed your "sisters" quite effectively with them. You don't deserve as much breath as a gaijin, you know that? But on topic, the ID is a conundrum, as Del stated, since we're more of a niche than the ID can effectively state. You guys think I'd see any sanctions for this?

EDIT: I wasn't really asking if I could ask them for their cargo and destroy it, since that would be wasteful in RP and the ID obviously allows it, but rather if I could demand that they land and sell it. Sorry if there was any confusion...
