My name is David Leroy and I'm the president of a small corporation, known as Liberty Trade Shipping. Today, one of our vessels, on his way to a station from Nagano system, saw a storage depot wich has sparked our interest. Being strategically located, we really think that we could do some business there. After some research, we found the name of that station, Shiojiri Storage Depot, and it seems to be property of Samura Heavy Industries. So... we decided to send this message with the request to add in your computer base our sign "LTS-" and to give us docking access for all Liberty Trade Shipping vessels. Our intention is to check if there are opportunities for new business. We don't know if Shiojiri Storage Depot is selling something, but we are traders and we try to exploit any possible business opportunity. So... we wish to have a relationship with your corporation, based on mutual benefit for both sides!
Anyway, Liberty Trade Shipping vessels sometimes need a short break after a long trip in that wonderful system.

I'm glad to see that you have answered to our initial message. I was, also, a bit busy lately, being concerned with the construction of our trade center.
But... indeed, we are still interested to discuss about possibility to gaining docking rights for all our vessels on your station, known as Shiojiri Storage Depot. In fact, we are traders and one of our goals is to exploit any possible opportunities which may lead to the signing of some contracts, beneficial for both parts. On the other hand, some of Liberty Trade Shipping vessels going sometimes in Nagano system, for supplying, with basic alloy, a station called Xuanming Trade Centre. But this station does not belong to your company, even if is affiliated to Samura... if our informations are correct. Anyway... we hope to receive the rights for docking on Shiojiri Storage Depot and maybe in future we will can do some businesses together, after a little study of that area. Also, your vessels will receive a free license for docking on Muroto Trade Center, located in front of Honshu planet, in Honshu system.
Would be interesting to send us some details about what we can buy from your depot. Perhaps, you can consider this step as only the first one, for others future collaborations. Or at least, these are our intentions. We need just a little time to see what oportunities we can find there.
I do apologize for the delay. Unfortunately, a very complex legal situation involving logos and Kyushu Rice and such. I won't bore you with the details, but I will deal with the matter at hand.

This time it's my turn to apologize for the delay but we were involved in several actions simultaneously, including delivering of some ship hull panels to a station, belonging to Liberty Navy. But let's get to the real business discussions!
I understand that you want to create a security system for Shiojiri Storage Depot. From our experience, this action involves supplying with various commodities like Ship Hull Panels, Robotics, Industrial Materials, Optronics, Quantum Multiplexors and Munitions. Liberty Trade and Shipping can provide all these goods but not Munitions.
About "assorted supplies"... I'm not sure if you referred to commodities like Basic Alloy for maintenance and also Oxygen, Water and Food Rations for your crew... but... this should not be a problem.
So... we are agree to do deliveries to Shiojiri Storage Depot. However, we would like to know some prices that you are willing to offer for this goods and some approximate quantities which you expect to be delivered. Or maybe, you can give us something else in return !? I heard that there could be some ore... maybe... platinium. Or maybe are just rumors.
As businessmen, I'm sure that you will find a way to establish a relationship, between Samura Heavy Industries and Liberty Trade Shipping. Or, why not... will be a concrete agreement!?
At present, we are primarily importing basic alloy, hull panels, and robotics for the expansion of our medical bay. We are paying 1,400 credits per standard unit of Basic Alloy, 3,500 credits per standard unit of Hull Panels, and 3,000 credits per standard unit of Robotics.
We would be most interested in a set amount biweekly. Perhaps 10 shipments of basic alloys during that time. Would you be interested in this?
And, of course, we do have plenty of platinum ore for sale aboard the station.

We are agree! Your offer is quite fair for us.
Please, note that our vessels from transportation division have a cargo space that varies slightly, between 4770 and 5000. Anyway, we will consider 10 shipments as being equivalent with approximately 50.000 units.
So... please, let us to know when we can to begin first deliveries of basic alloys. During that time, we will wait to inform us about the desired quantities of robotics and hull panels.

We are working on a similar assessment of a shipment being between 4700 and 5000 standard units, so that will work nicely. As to hull panels and robotics, we are not looking for a particular amount, but if you choose to ship any (or additional alloys beyond the number above), we will pay you the indicated amount.
We have added your ships to our cleared list so our dockmaster will allow you to dock. We have plenty of platinum ore to ship at present, but if we ever run out, Samura offers many luxury furs on nearby Planet Tomioka or the highest quality multiplexors in the sector at Misaki Station in Rishiri.
