*She nods* Afternoon gentlemen
My name is Rose Striker I am an Agent working in the 141 Task force and
I am here to speak to you on behalf of my commander Enrico Davids
You might wonder what is the point of this message?
Due to ongoing diplomatic discussions between primary order fleet and the Council, the latter have demanded more detailed information about Fallen Grace. As only 141 has full access about this information, Commander Davids is now feeling the Admiral's breath on his neck. So before we get under pressure of primary Order fleet, we more or less will have to share our data about Fallen Grace with the Council.
With the exception of all data connecting the Unione Corse with that operation
As your organisations were connected with that event we feel the need to let you
both know about that action.
Commander Davids really regrets that this had to happen. But we dont have any choice on that matter
I am Aidan White, Director of the Colonial Intelligence Service. It's a pleasure to meet you, but going right to the point... i thank you for notifying us of this situation.
Still, i believe Commander Anders has already discussed about the Fallen Grace operation with Colonel LaFlamme, so in our case no risks arise. We have the same packages of information that you have and I assume Commander Davids, same as I, knew this will happen sooner or later.
Either way, tell the Commander that there is no need for regrets. I'm more than certain that every piece will fall into place.
On the other hand, i noticed your encryption may be easily traced by ONI (Gallic Intelligence) frequencies. I'd recommend you attempt to secure this channel better.
Merci for informing us of the current situation et also for keeping the involvement of the Corse a secret. Although we performed noticeable operations within Fallen Grace, I'm sure that other explanations can be given.
Anyway, please inform messieur Davids that I wish him and the Admiral good luck in their talks. The leaders of the Council are understandably a bit stubborn, as you may know.
Should you want to inform us of further happenings or request more information, feel free to contact us. Au revoir.
General Logarus,
Unione Corse Armed Command
"You see what your knowledge tells you you're seeing. ... how, what you think the universe is, and how you react to that in everything you do, depends on what you know. And when that knowledge changes, for you, the universe changes. And that is as true for the whole of society as that is for the individual. We all are what we know, today. What we knew yesterday, was different; and so were we."
- James Burke, The Day the Universe Changed (1985)
