I would recommend the Pirate ID for your in-game activity; you really can't do a faction with more than one ID.

Freelancer ID might work too, if you really want to work for the mollys. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the mollys have a bounty on all pirate ID'd ships in Bretonia.
