The stations will remain active to defense only and will target any order signed ship, until they come through there senses and prosecute the lyer. You have no buisness in 74, so I suggest you avoid entering it for the time being.
Regarding your former base, I wonder where is the logic of "assisting" the people who claim to have authority over you, who in term demanded you to stop constructing it any further, making your base a sitting duck.
