Why do zoners have cap ships?

If they have no enemies except for infected races, why do they need a destroyer, bs, carrier, and two different gbs. It makes no sense. Other than massive paperweights and. Conn, what are they good for?

They use them for taking out and protecting themselves from nomads and other humans....Because they have such big and good ships (Kinda) Is because there free.

I hate to admit it, but 0-74 is a perfect example as to why they need them 8|.
However, this generally sparked from having those ships in order to justify their military might so...

I think that only Zoner groups should have capital ships. Doesn't make sense for a completely independent Zoner to have an armada.
