Yes, I did intentionally kill an underlevel player today.... but I think I was justified in it, considering what was happening at the time.
The player I killed was named Frugo.the.frog, and I only killed him once - screenshot below:
Prior to that, I had been assisting someone with a transfer - a level 5 in a starflier who frugo.the.frog killed. Frugo also killed two other level 4-6 players in starfliers immediately afterwards, screenshots here:
Now granted I probably shouldnt have killed him, as it is a violation of the server rules - but it was done within RP context (claimed the guy was going psycho, while the LSF players sat around and did nothing as he wreaked havoc on other new players above manhattan):
I also dont tolerate anyone killing anyone else while they're attempting to do a transfer, and especially when it's been announced in systems chat - the guy was doing this to be a jerk and griefer, nothing more.
EDIT:
And even afterwards, he's still doing it, attacking players he shouldnt be - and then rule lawyering about how "you cant attack me! it's breaking the rules!" while doing so:
Sad part about this is... you really cant sanction a starflea with any effect.
That's still a NO NO, no matter how bad he pisses you off, and you'll probably be sanctioned for it. But then again, maybe not... stranger things have happened out here in space...
If he was really being that bad, you should've screen shotted and reported him, not killed him. Now it's your butt on the line. Good luck out there.
And about sanctioning a starflea, if he really is that much of a jerk, they will ban him...
You ask me why Im weary, why I cant speak to you.
You blame me for my silence, say Its time I changed and grew.
But the war's still going on dear, and theres no end that I know...
And I cant say if were ever...
I cant say if were ever gonna be free.
HA HA, I remember my first night on Discovery.... some jerk kept attacking me for no reason, he was also low level. It wasn't 2 months later he was banned from the server. People like that don't last long here. They'll eventually all shoot themselves in the foot.

i didnt mean =LSF= faction members, there was an indie LSF there saying "tenacity you dont have authorization to shoot civilians" and ignoring the fact that he was blasting other underlevels left and right.
It wasnt intended to be a slight against your faction.
It was admirable what you did, but it was still technically against the rules. Hopefully the admins will understand the situation and go lightly on you.
I agree and have already sent a sanction report through with screen shots of all the killings.
And the LSF were just sitting there because we do not break server rules just because someone else is being an idiot.
....the idiot remark was not directed at Tenactiy but at Frugo.The.Frog
I feel for you Tenacity. With the exception of trading I play almost exclusively in Liberty and NY. The rule breaking, cheating, oorp behavior, and numerous other things are beyond imagination. In addition, the lawfuls have 10x as many unlawful folks hanging around then anywere else in sirus. Xenos, Liberty Rouges, Lane Hackers, Outcasts, Blood Dragons, sorry if I forgot anyone.
One just needs to bite the bullet, follow procedure, and be patient.
Rping a lawful liberty goverment character....the hardest job in Sirus.
Edit: Tenacity posted about not slighting the =LSF= before I finished writting.:)
well the guy could have at least warned frugo in system chat that he was breaking the law and could be arrested for assault and murder... but he just sat there griping at me for shooting at the guy so I could get him out of the way and complete the transfers.
I mean, ffs, i was helping someone move a mkVIII armor upgrade, a mini razor, nuke mine dropper, and several high end weapons from one weak ship to another... that's millions upon millions of credits lost by that player if this guy would have killed him during the transfer or immediately afterwards.
