Fort Leniex is the one true home of the [[Hellfire Legion]]. The installation was constructed in utmost secrecy, thanks to the nebula shrouding it from prying eyes. Little is known about the true capabilities of the fort or of the secrets it houses within. Long-range scans have proven to be ineffective due to the scattering interference caused by the Leniex Asteroid Cloud, and a network of sensor arrays are able to identify any and all intrusive vessels, leading to their destruction at the edge of the cloud. The Fort itself remains impervious to all scans due to a unique type of sensor-jamming field. Should the external sensor grid fail, the Fort itself still has a powerful long-range scanner of its own, as well as a communications array to manage all Legion assets in the system.

In dire circumstances, or when not required to be manufacturing combat gear for the Legion, the Fort can become entirely self-sufficient, but requires raw materials to be imported before serious production can begin. The Fort features multiple warship manufacturing facilities capable of constructing ships of any size, as well as the facilities to service and maintain said ships. However, despite the equipment on hand, constructing the largest capital ships is still a time-consuming task. These shipyards work closely with the armoury complex, taking technological concepts from friends and enemies alike in order to refine them into the tools of war that the Legion requires.

In addition, a contingent of the Hellfire Legion's finest soldiers and electronic warfare technicians is always stationed on the Fort, making any attempt to storm the base or gather valuable information about it a suicidal task at best. The [[Battleship]] Fate's Hand stationed nearby adds a mysterious and menacing aura to the already intimidating aspects of Fort Leniex - a reflection of the nature of the Legion itself.

Battleship Canaan was commissioned by the Order in the year of 819 A.S. in the aftermath of the destruction of Toledo. Unfinished at the time, parts of critically damaged warships that had been crippled in battle were incorporated into its chassis as a means to rush its construction.

Five years later, with the need for the Order to move on, Canaan was sent on an expedition to gather reconnaissance in the Omegas, particularly Omega-55. However, the nearby conflict between the Corsairs and Rheinland has caused a problem for this Osiris, in that the Corsairs have recently increased patrols along the path to its destination. With its journey on a temporary hold, the ship has taken up a holding pattern around Planet Vespus in order to avoid detection until it can find another way around. Occasionally, scouts are sent out to probe the area and investigate alternative routes.

The Battlecruiser Akatsuki was one of the first [[Komainu]]-class ships to enter the service of the Kusari Naval Forces fleet. As with all vessels of this new class, it initially suffered from prolific early design flaws. The political fallout from these technical issues was exacerbated by traditionalist staff officers who were ideologically opposed to any alteration to the KNF's capital ship doctrine. After one year of retrofitting and testing, it finally was considered fully combat-ready in 821 [[A.S.]]. Put under command of Taisa Harumi Akira, it was stationed in [[Kyushu]] as part of the Nagumo battlegroup.

When the Imperial forces made their desperate push into Kyushu, the Nagasaki and Nagumo fleets each demanded the surrender of the other. When the shooting started the crew of the Akatsuki outright refused the order to engage, being morally opposed to firing on their brethren. Instead they pulled back from the fight, prompting the outgunned Battleship Nagumo to retreat quickly thereafter, leaving the Exiles to secure the jump gate. Akatsuki, left behind, pledged its support to the Emperor and joined the Imperial Fleet. It is currently tasked with guarding [[Nago Station]] to prevent [[Kishiro]] from delivering materials to Kusari Republic territory and serves as a launching point for the remaining patrols in the [[Taus]].

One of the first of the new Conquérant class battleships, the Battleship Dax was deployed to the Tau-31 system in late 822 A.S. to oversee the securing of Planet Harris. With the planet being held by little more than a tiny Planetform scientific contingent, the task was effectively a mere final field trial to test the design's effectiveness. In particular, the Conquérants were being touted as the answer to sedition in post-war Gallic occupied territories, with refinements in the classes' orbital targetting technology expected to be highly useful in heavy-handedly dissuading open dissent.

After the Harris mine field was breached and a total blockade imposed, the Dax's first operational goal was achieved. Planetform formally surrendered the planet to Gallia in early 823 A.S., having provided a token resistance for several months. Brokering an agreement that he would later be sharply chastised for, the Dax's captain agreed to allow Planetform to evacuate all of its remaining staff, believing it would simplify EFL's upcoming stewardship of the planet. The smuggling Gaian Wildlife has also been sharply curtailed by the Dax's deployment, although alleged corruption among the ship's officers has allowed unscrupulous EFL captains to resume the practice.

Battleship Braunschweig was scheduled to be launched in 810 A.S., but several attacks on the Oder yard delayed its launch by three years. During its time in service, it was mainly used as an officer training ship. Many recent officers of the Rheinland Military have undergone command training aboard the Braunschweig. The ship was also used to instruct enlisted crew intended to serve on Bismarck class warships on how to operate these mighty Battleships.

As a result of the jump gate crisis in Hudson, the Braunschweig was moved close to the Hamburg jump gate in that system in order to serve as base of operations for the various repair crews that are tasked to restore the gate. Moreover, the ship will also be used to regulate traffic from Liberty to Rheinland, which is likely to resume with the recent ceasefire between the two nations.

Lanzarote Station was originally built as a base of operations for the [[Zoner]] expedition that charted the [[Omega-49]] system. Zoner surveyors had located mineral deposits on [[Planet Fuerteventura]], and Lanzarote was designed as a storage and transfer point for resources brought up from its icy surface. After [[Gran Canaria]] was identified as being more suitable for preliminary colonisation, these efforts were largely abandoned because of the difficulties of mining and lifting materials from the arctic planet.

More recently, Lanzarote Station has expanded to become a trading outpost and refueling point for vessels that want to avoid the potential hassle of [[Gran Canaria]], which has become the focus of conflict between local factions. For this reason, the [[Mollys]] prefer to trade here rather than at [[Grand Vistal Orbital]].

Battlecruiser Lehigh was constructed to assist in the war against Rheinland, initially planned to be a member of a second spearhead assualt into Bremen. The Lehigh thus has the latest in armaments and defensive capabilities, and it is one of the newer vessels of the Liberty Security Force's capital fleet.

With the war coming to close prior to the Lehigh leaving drydock, the Liberty Security Force has authorized its use in the Pennsylvania system. It currently looms the lower half of Pennsylvania, often between Planet Tremont and Planet Hallam, in order to monitor increasing unlawful activity in the area.

===The old Terminus===
After that the original Terminus (AXN-3) was lost in [[Omicron Lost]], due to an ambush organized by the [[bounty hunters]], in which two of their heavy battlecruiser class vessels engaged the Terminus on the dark side of the ''Pink Princess''. Before the Terminus could even arm the first battery deck, several mortar shells destroyed the engine room, thus making the ship ungovernable, while another shell hit the bridge section, destroying and killing everyone and anything inside. Against all odds the Terminus managed to activate the secondary battery deck, but a rapid-expading conflagration onboard, and the lugubrious shape of the '''Pink Princess''' that was about to suck the Terminus into its atmosphere, forced the crew to abbandon the ship. Little they knew that the '''Pink Princes'''s' gravity well caught the Terminus, making the wreck of the ship a new sort of moon. The casualties were great, but luck has it that the Colonel, [[Jack Aubrey]], and other senior officers of Cerberus were on a reconnaissance mission deep within the [[Kingdom of Gallia]]. The task force didn't knew what was happening back in the [[Edge Nebula]], due to the great distance, but when they came back, three months later, they heard from the [[Zoners]] of [[Freeport 11]] that the Terminus was destroyed, and that the wreck was floating in orbit around the '''Pink Princess''', in [[Omicron Lost]]. [[Jack Aubrey]], and a few trustworthy senior officers went towards [[Omicron Lost]]. After almost of week of countless scouting around the system, the wreck of the Terminus was found. The docking port of the small hangar-bay was still operational, but the oxygen levels around the Terminus were very low, the whole place was a mess, the elevator towards the brige section was offline, since the whole bridge section was cut-off from the ship during the first mortar hits. The bar section had a gloomy atmosphere, with some dust over some old meals, the crew was caught unprepared. The wreck of the old Terminus is still floating around the Pink Princess, all the valuable equipment still intact was stripped from the ship, is approximated that in about four years, with the current elliptical orbit, that the Terminus, or what is left of it, will be sucked into the gas giant's atmosphere.

===The new Terminus===
With the loss of the Terminus, and almost half of its crew, Cerberus was doomed to crumble. But the [[Cerberus]] remnants disagreed on abandoning Cerberus. Some rumors has it that [[ExoGeni]], a leading genetical research corporation in Bretonia is heavily backed up, if not controlled, by Cerberus. That should explain from where the funds of [[Cerberus]] are coming from.

On the 23rd of November 818, [[Cerberus]] commissioned the AXN-4P prototype, the future Terminus. The new project would fix all the previous issues that were found on the old Terminus. The ship was costructed by an engineering team of almost one hundred people, that worked relentlessly to bring the new project to life. An infiltrate within the [[Liberty Security Force]] managed to get a copy of the original blueprints of the famous [[Spyglass]], some of the technology used on the [[Spyglass]] were implemented into the new Terminus.

The new Terminus was almost twice the size of the original one, but with the same external shape. A sort of a small [[Liberty Dreadnought]]. The new Terminus, in a record time, was finished on the 24th of December 818. The hull of an old Osiris was used, an old and outdated Osiris, the OCV Interception. All the standard equipment was removed and replaced with the most technologically advanced equipment available in [[Sirius]].

==Structural Updates==
The new Terminus is equipped with a highly durable and reflective hull plating, useful against the deadly space radiation present in the [[Edge Nebula]], the hull armor was codenames ''GARDiAN''. Rheinland-made ''GARDiAN'' armor can resist even the tremendous heat and kinetic energy of warship weapons. The armor is nearly unsurpassed in strength because its central material, carbon nanotube sheets woven with diamond Chemical Vapor Deposition, are crushed by mass effect fields into super-dense layers able to withstand extreme temperatures. That process also compensates for diamond's brittleness.

The shield generator of the Terminus was updated too, with an unique CBT Shield Generator. Cyclonic Barrier Technology (CBT) attempts to solve the higher-end limitations of traditional kinetic barriers. Traditional barriers cannot block high-level kinetic energy attacks such as disruptor torpedoes because torpedo mass effect fields add mass. The CBT violently slaps aside rather than halting incoming linear force. By rotationally firing their mass effect field projectors, ships create rapidly oscillating kinetic barriers instead of static ones. Shooting through the CBT is like trying to shoot at a target inside a spinning ball.

===Engine Updates===
The Terminus is equipped with the newest FTL engine currently available in Sirius, some blueprints were stolen from an enigmatic Gallic corporation, [[Solar Engineering]], the new FTL drive is a revolutionary piece of equipment, that grants the Terminus an incredible speed when the cruise engines are activated. The engines are powered using a high ammount of '''Element-0'''. FTL drives are devices connected to the main cruise engines which allow ships to travel at FTL speeds through space. FTL drive cores work by exposing element zero to electric currents, creating mass effect fields. It reduces the mass of an object such as a starship to a point where accelerations faster than the speed of light are possible. With a mass effect drive, roughly a dozen light-years can be traversed in the course of a day's cruise.

The precise maximum speed and the time this acceleration can be maintained varies depending on the exact type of FTL drive being used. In general, the larger the drive, the longer the ship can run at FTL.

===Weapon Systems===
Even the weapon systems were updated, little is known though of what updates were implemented. The original Terminus counted two battery decks: deck one housed the primary weapons, while deck two housed light or secondary weapons.

The new Terminus consists of four battery decks, A through D:

The first deck - battery deck A - holds all the heavy weaponry of the Terminus.

The second deck - battery deck B - is equipped with pulse weaponry, capable of disrupting the shields of enemy warships.

The third deck - battery deck C - is armed with anti-fighter and anti-bomber systems.

The fourth deck - battery deck D - is armed with missile launchers, capable of engaging enemy capital ships at extended range.

Bretonia Mining and Fabrication (BMF) is a Bretonian industrial company, Its headquarters, the Isle of Skye is located in Orbit of Planet New London in the New London system.

Founded in the year 821 A.S. by the eccentric Lord Duncan MacRae aside the motto "Fide et Fortitudine", the intentions of Bretonia Mining and Fabrication BMF| are not profit-driven. Instead the primary focus is to provide secure and well paid jobs for Bretonnians and members of other 'friendly' houses. The secondary goal is to strengthen the Bretonian economy with products like ore, spaceship equipment and space stations.

Some time after founding BMF Lord Duncan MacRae's ship was lost in an unstable Jump-hole, nobody knows if he is alive or not. Mr. Zak Conner was left in sole charge of Bretonia Mining and Fabrication, he was well trained and the obvious choice for the position having served under Lord MacRae for some time. So, with the help of Cpt. Cyrus and support from the head of the Bretonian Police Authority Mr Conner set out to keep the Bretonian organization stable and to avoid any impact on Bretonia's security or economy.

Later on Bretonia Mining and Fabrication were tasked with a gigantic logistic operation to deconstruct Fortitudine and Fortisec space stations and rebuild them in the New London system, giving an example of well organised working-power after the raw-hydrocarbon mining field in Manchester had dried out and the bases there left useless, therefore, the movement was made and the bases are now focused on storing Gold Ore, this gave the Isle Of Skye station room to focus more on the production side and importing/exporting other kind of ores. It also meant that Isle of Skye could become what is now the headquarters of BMF

Bretonia Mining and Fabrication dedicate its own security station, Fortisec, as a docking point to support Planet Leeds and provide a suitable place in the station for Marines to be taken later to Leeds and also, a place for the refugees on the way back so they can receive any medication needed before being transferred later to planet Sprague.

That's not all, Bretonia Mining and Fabrication BMF| has not forgot the expending dream in the Taus, especially Tau-23 which is very rich in resources and intend to link the system once again with Bretonia. After Galia occupied the Tau-31 Gate Construction Site that dream became logistically impossible, but not forgotten. now, the company's first operational priority is to support the Bretonia Armed Forces in getting the Leeds system back in order to get their hands on there lost stations like LD-14 and Stokes Mining Station.

==Synopsis==

One of the largest Bretonian corporations, specialized in mining operations and ship manufacturing. With 80% of profits coming from mining operations, the company has managed to be profitable for the last 500 years.

==History==

BMM has grown from a government-subsidised company, to an extremely influential and powerful corporation with many different commercial interests across Bretonia, the Tau and the Omega systems. Ever since the early days, employees have been mining and constructing ships, infrastructure, factories and industrial products, most of the time under harsh working conditions, to make BMM what it is today. BMM's shares are entirely owned by the Crown, making the corporation nationalized like its partner Bowex, and giving the Bretonian Government control over appointments to the Board of Directors and the setting of company policy. This is exercised through the company's Royal Charter, and by weekly meetings between the BMM Board of Directors and members of the Department for Trade and Industry.

The former CEO William Relic stepped down in early March 817 A.S., so the company now starts a new chapter of its history under a new board of directors. Bretonian Mining and Manufacturing's new CEO, as appointed by the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, was Paul Ashton and under him BMM had the intention to become once again one of the most powerful and influential corporations in all of Sirius. Unfortunately already after 3 months Paul Ashton died due a stroke, his closest employees blame it on the economic recession the company faced due the war and increased piracy. After a few months under a temporary board BMM's new appointed CEO is Jack Porter. He now leads BMM and makes a strong effort to get the company back on track.

Our company has stations throughout Bretonian space and is under constant attacks from pirates and occasionally other companies. Mollies are particularly aggressive towards us throughout most parts of Bretonia, but especially in Dublin where we maintain Graves Mining Station, which has a rich history. In 752 AS, in what came to be known as the Founders Day Revolt, The mollies attacked our station and murdered BMM Chief of Operations Sir Edmund Graves and his senior staff. Ever since that day they have fantasized that Dublin is their own country. Since that date we are at war with them. Now the station is under the command of Lord Graves' granddaughter Selena Graves. Also opposed to us is the extremist movement of violent eco-terrorists known as Gaians, who hold unfounded objections against our industrial activity in Leeds on the grounds that it is polluting. Nonsense. Everyone knows that Leeds is an extremely clean and healthy system, and the smog clouds only add to the attractive features of the system.

BMM is considered by some to be the prime instigator of the brutal Kusari-Bretonia war in the Tau systems, due to its aggressive nature in expanding at the expense of the IMG and Kusari corporations in Tau 23 and Tau 29 respectively. The IMG, in another case of dissatisfied workers, beat BMM to the rich mineral fields in the Tau 23 system, by using risky jump holes. BMM, thinking they had time, started the construction of the Tau 31-Tau 23 Jump Gate and trade lane system with Deep Space Engineering. Trade lane construction in Tau 23 has been postponed, due to the current political situation in the Tau systems. BMM however, still maintains their construction site in Tau 23, which acts as a major supply base for Bretonian forces in Tau, and is regularly attacked by Colonial Remnant and Kusari-aligned forces. Many employees think this site is a waste of resources, but BMM still sees potential in the fields in tau-23, and are pressured by the BAF to keep the base operational as a vital staging post for BAF forces in upper Tau and Orkney.

At first glance, the Bloodhound might seem totally useless, and for the most part, it is.
It has armor plating about as thick as a butterfly's wings, atrocious maneuverability for a light fighter, a huge side profile, and low-class weapons and shield.
However, there are a few things that make it capable of taking down (inept) freighters and lighter transports.
Those are its mine dropper and Class 1 turret.
The turret slot should definitely be occupied by a Debilitator turret, which deals nearly 60% of the damage a Class 9 Deb does, while using only one sixth of the energy, an amount even the Bloodhound's tiny core can handle.
The core can also handle any type of mine dropper, including nukes (just).

So with a proper loudout, this humble canine can actually kill things (that don't shoot back, generally).
Overall it's purely for fun, don't expect too much out of it. But if you know which targets you can take on, it won't disappoint.|4.86}}

While the [[Kusari]] Shogunate was unwilling to bend these rules, it still accommodated foreign business interests by allowing [[Interspace Commerce]] to construct [[Roppongi Station]] in 318 [[A.S.]] Despite the restrictions placed on permanent residencies elsewhere in [[Kusari]], and the outrage expressed by conservative [[Kusari]] politicians at the Hideyoshi controlled Shogunate for allowing foreigners into the [[New Tokyo]] system, [[Roppongi Station]]'s business flourished, with many corporations opening offices onboard.

When the Hideyoshi Emperor was deposed in 321 [[A.S.]], [[Roppongi]]'s future was plunged into doubt. Thankfully, even the conservatives had recognised the financial benefits of leaving it alone, and in any case they had no desire at the time to upset [[Interspace Commerce]], which at that time owned the rights to all the [[Jump Gates]] and [[Trade Lanes]] within [[Kusari]]. The conservatives were still reluctant to have too many foreigners in [[New Tokyo]], however, and [[Deshima Station]] in [[Shikoku]] was eventually constructed in 350 [[A.S.]] with the aim of reducing the "outsider" population.

The [[Kusari]]-[[Rheinland]] embargo in 521 [[A.S.]] resulted in both those Houses nationalising their [[Trade Lanes]] and [[Jump Gates]], causing [[Interspace Commerce]] to lose countless billions of credits almost overnight, as [[Kusari]] and [[Rheinland]] wiped away their debts to the [[Liberty]] corporation. Thoroughly angry with their losses, and the paltry two hundred years worth of tolls they extracted in exchange for their losses, [[Interspace]] began covertly funding independent pirates to raid [[Kusari]] shipping. After the formation of the [[Golden Chrysanthemum]] terrorist organisation, it is widely believed that [[Interspace]] has been funding them, just as they later began funding the [[Red Hessian]] pirates, and that the pirates in return sell stolen goods cheaply to [[Interspace]]. It is likely that these practices continue to this day, although [[Interspace]]'s involvement has never been substantiated, and always sues any such allegations as "slander".
