Pueblo Bonito was constructed by a mysterious Sect of Zoners who worship an ancient Terran Goddess. They modeled the base after the ruins of a lost tribe which once inhabited a western continent of Terra known as "Unistat". The religious Sect has made this miraculous place a Temple to their Goddess, open only to members of their Sect, and to other "Authorized" guests.
