Speyer is the major ship building and maintainance facility of the Unioners. Constructed in 817 A.S., this base is populated with a fairly large number of Unioners who once were shipyard workers. Some say that this installation might one day be converted into a fully-capable shipyard, of course, if the faction will be able to afford construction costs.
