Synopsis
A terrorist organization supposedly descended from the royal guard of Shogun Hideyoshi -- deposed during a coup several centuries before -- and dedicated to the overthrow of the current Kusari government.

The Blood Dragons were created in the wake of the Hideyoshi Dynasty being overthrown in 321 A.S..
