Pilot carrying this ID is an Freelancer trader, who :

Can trade and escort traders
Cannot participate in unlawful actions,
Can fire on other ships only in selfdefense, or in defense of a ship being escorted
Cannot use any transports with more than 3,500 cargo

Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
