Pilot carrying this ID is a [[Liberty Rogues|Liberty Rogue[[ Guard, who :
- Can escort smugglers
- Can only pirate in a gunboat or smaller (cruisers may demand allied pilots only)
- Can engage pirates, terrorists and lawfuls within their Zone of Influence
- Cannot fulfill bounty contracts
- Cannot ally with any lawfuls
Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Gunboats, Cruisers, Prison Liner, Slave Liners
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
