Right you Rogues listen up and listen up good because I'm only saying this once.
We've recently put the new bases online, there's all sorts of goodies and stuff in here, but it ain't a free ride.
Cassini is a system we intend to keep as secure as we can. Now admittedly we ain't got the manpower to do it 24 hours a standard day, but if we ctach you breaking these laws expect a pasting.
1. Ships not bearing a LR- tag are barred from permanent mooring on any station in Cassini
2. Ships not bearing a Rogue IFF and ID are barred from entering Cassini at all
3. Ships bearing a Rogue IFF and ID must be purchasing something to be permitted access.
4. All non LR- ships in Cassini will stop and follow orders given to them. The process will be as follows:
*Ship is ordered to halt.
*Ship is scanned for ID
*A request to state your business will then be issued
*If an unsatisfactory answer is made you will be asked to leave via the way you came in.
*Failure to comply after the second time of asking will merit a face full of gunfire
5. If you're not bearing the Rogue IFF and ID, you won't even be given that courtesy. Orders will be given to destroy your vessel and it's nav data.
6. In the event of an emergency these rules can be waived. We're not going to let fellow rogues get blasted by Navy dogs when there's a safe port on their doorstep.
7. These laws can also be waived in the event of succesful diplomatic negotiations. You'll need to do that properly though.
I think that about covers it.
If you need help finding what you need to buy in there don't hesitate to ask. I'm more than happy to make more money off your backs.
These laws will be enforced only by LR- Tagged ships, anyone else tries it, let me know. I'll shred em, publically too.
A Recruit ID is also allowed so long as the intent of said recruit is to be a Rogue. You'll need to be pretty convincing about that though.
Alright, that's enough from me.
My boys and girls should sign off on this, let me know they understand it.
Sylpheed out.

Are we allowed to attack zoners?
Recently have seen a bunch of them, saying that they are just passing from / to freeport...
I am just asking, because you know how they all are, they like to revenge!
If they ain't Rogue tagged and they haven't asked properly, i.e. talked to me. Shoot em down. There's another route to the freeport in Yukon they can use that.
