about the spatial...
I'm not sure but i think elgato is right, it's cockpit looks like the starwars Koensair (however its spelled) Y-wing, and engines as well.
The other question is,
What isthe difference between the Viper and Viper MkII In terms of what they look like?
Anyone have Pics of both?
I'm not to sure on the Viper Mk II but I can fill you in on the Mk I. For a picture of it simply look at my signature image. As for the stats, here you are.
Ok, just made an Outcast char, equipped a Sabre with Krakens and Debilitators, and played a bit.
I have to say that it is incredibly good ship.
I am really surprised that some Outcasts still fly Talons instead of a Sabre.
I fought 1vs4, and the only guy who could hit me was the one that was my target, head to head.
Incredibly fast and agile.
I killed 3 and died from my own mine (the only bad thing (actually, bad thing is that not all ships are vanilla) is that it is vanilla).
Was spamming a bit, only 30 bots left and i was becoming a bit bored, so tried to speed it up a bit with nukes.
And i did speed it up:)
Anyway, my number one choice now is a Sabre.
Blood Dragon is better, there is no doubt, but Blood Dragon is, in my humble opinion, unbalanced.
Sabre isn't. It is simply a very good ship.

The Spatial is the "Nebulon Ranger" from Star Wars. It's classified as a Coruscant-class heavy courier. As to where it can be found, it appears in the Star Wars comics. Tales of the Jedi, I think.

hmmm my Freelancer character flys the Spatial but at the moment i am seriously thinking of changing it, the info for it sounded pretty good but it doesnt fly that well in a fight and i need one that is pretty agile to fly
was thinking of getting either the Virage or the Talon not sure though

Sabre is very nice but my favorite is still the Wrath. Great agility, good firepower (with the right loadout you can fire for 3 minutes straight, doing tons of damage), and damn hard to take down (especially with a mk8 armor upgrade).
I hate the Raven Talon. It handles horribly, it's a huge target, and the firepower is mediocre. It does look cool though. But no reason for any Outcast to buy it.

No, no... In your siggy you have a Mk2 viper.
Basically, MK1 and Mk2 are almost the same. I think Mk2 looke better, but I also think Mk1 is better for some (I wont tell, Doom knows:)) tactics and is a bit smaller.
Dopamino.. Talon a huge target? Sorry, you are wrong mate.
Talon is using a re-sized Wrath hitbox.
Re-sized in a good way, it means smaller.
It is very hard to hit it head to head.
But yes, it handles horribly, there I agree.
