... I came up with my own solution......I joined Xenos.....My job.... flying in with a bomber ...may be 6 :), and then decimate the Extra large populace of Liberty. I wonder if mini razors are allowed.....Xenos do need a shield busting inferno like gun....
Hehe, i had a similar encounter, with an inactive player in some remote kushari system... i've been running past this gunboat, 4 times, it was always in the same spot, and after about half an hour, i took it on with my junker freighter.... after about 10 minutes of blasting at it's superior shields and armor, i finaly took it out....:D
In a junker fashion, if it's dead in space, i claim it...

' Wrote:Having been a server police elsewhere and eventually being made an Admin I can tell you that the logistics behind putting trustworthy individuals in place can be daunting.
We spent weeks training people to be server police on Raw server and still ended up letting a few “bad apples” get through.
If the Admins don’t want server police there is a good reason for it.
The idea of staging a few “invasions” is much more likely to discourage loitering.

Thanks for post.
Server Police cause problems they dont fix them, if we had say 10 Server Police 2 would do it correct and follow the guidelines 8 would get a massive ego boost and make statements like " you do what i say i am Server Police"
if it came to a vote on having Server police i for one would Vote a Big Fat "NO" ( That is not an invitation to start a Poll guys)
So again from my previous post, There will Not be Server Police on Discovery, and if there were to be, Only One person on this server and forums has the right to instigate this and thats Igiss.
So in short people please drop the subject of server police.

Having a server police has been discussed before, and rejected.
Now, regarding the Idlers, as I like to call them...
There has always been people who idles on lines, or does not RP.
Rules should be created to stop that, as the server gets full pretty quickly. And even if it didn't, having people just floating around and not playing spoils the ambience. So, it is an important problem..
Korrd.
in your Hook adaptation can you rewrite if for Idle in space? like we have for base camping and Char menu Idle?

This is probably the best solution. When I made this post, I intended it for the general population and not to seek some form of policing. My original post was a plea for people to be courteous to others.
Thanks Bulldog ... I too am one that would vote NO if it came to that kind of action.
