Admiral hale sir,
Today I recieved a distress call from a supposed LPI officer preston while I was in texas on patrol, telling me he was dealing with outcasts and and libety rogues pirates in sector F/G 5/6 (tradelane from norfolk to texas JG) and needed assistance.
As it turned out this was a trap. The suppposed officer was a liberty rogue. There must have been five ships in total, two of them bombers and the others trident gunships. I had no chance but I did help two traders escape as they tore my gunboat, The centurion apart. Luckily my escape pod took me back to the nearest base. The name of the fake LPI officer preston's ship was 8757NC-"exspes". I coudn't take note of the other ships, becuase my ship was destoyed rather quickly. currently I am on norfolk shipyard. I am requesting to be reasigned to another gunboat possible.
Sincerly
Captain Sal Evans of the secondary fleet.

Captain Evans,
I am aware that this message was intended for Admiral Hale, however recently, most of our mail has been sent to the wrong offices and I have been receiving some of the good Admiral's... "messages."
I am glad to hear that you managed to get away safely for the most part. I also thank you for your report; however, I will note that it is slightly misdirected. You should be directing your concerns to the LPI as well. No matter, I shall send a copy through the appropriate channels. In the meantime, if you could please file a report at this location:
