Alright, I'm doing an immense (very) project for the school. When I say immense, it's that the .fla file is now 186mb large. gives you an idea just how big that is.
anyhow, now I'm trying to export it to .swf, and it either crashes in my face, or does nothing.
however, if I export single scene, it works. however, the yare all inter-linked, so i cant do that.
unless someone knows how to link the scene externally? I know it is possible, i jsut dont know how!
someone please help, I have to hand that in like, tomorow...
Alright, first try to "save and compress" the file. Don't know about MX, I've got the CS3 version, but it should reduce the file size significantly.
If that doesn't work, well..
What do you mean by "linked". Are you using buttons? Or do you just want to play them one after another?
Either way, you won't get around actionscript for that... I'd say just send me the file and I'll do it, but well.. 186mb;)
But the Raven, sitting lonely on that placid bust, spoke only
That one word, as if his soul in that one word he did outpour.
Nothing further then he uttered; not a feather then he fluttered--
Till I scarcely more than muttered, "Other friends have flown before--
On the morrow he will leave me, as my Hopes have flown before."
<blockquote>Then the bird said, "Nevermore."</blockquote>

It will launch the target .swf in a new browser window then...
