The only problem with this idea is the human element.
Not everyone is going to do this when they make an agreement or sign a treaty.
So for example,
Mr Smith who is a indie daumann will start mining in say Omega 7 with no knowledge of the
fact that all indie miners are barred from doing so as per the new Treaty of Omega 7.
Mr. Smith made the effort to check the laws of Sirius and see if there is anything simple
to find that says he cant do so.
He finds nothing.
He can see that many groups have made threads and in their respective subsections
showing all their treaties and agreements. Daumann have somewhere down the road
forgotten to link the treaty in their subsection. (example, not biased, dont hate me:P)
Mr. Smith is later shot, bountied and/or FR5ed for his mistake, despite him doing the due
diligence.
If there is a subsection for just treaties and agreements then it will be simple to find documents
without having to rely on everyone doing the right thing. This way in case someone doesnt make
this wonderful thread with all the neccessary links, it is simple to find the source material.
Problem will then be keeping the damned things up to date. As factions change treaties become void... or are simply ignored.
