I'm thinking of doing an animated short story....kinda like scratch from ice-age.
Very similar anyway...1 character, no speech but really funny. There will be 1 CG character added to real world footage to cut down on work load (I'm lazy) and rendering time (I don't have 35 grand to spend on a render farm)
I need inspiration, ideas and suggestions as to how I could make it work.
So......Input? :)

Give in to the new domo-kun fad, Danbo. Make it all by still frames. Then string all the stills into a "moving picture". That way it looks like you made the film from a 35mm manual camera. Then the real hard part is getting very nice looking HQ scenery pictures.*
