Gentlemen we have had a fantastic first quarter. We have grown exponentially in the last few moths all thanks
to your excellent work. Please take a moment grab a drink and give yourselves a well deserved pat on the
back.
--Pause--
Now back to the house keeping. Since the move to our current headquarters on Baltimore shipyard; some of
our employee data has been corrupted. You can imagine this lack of information is causing the blokes down in
accounting to give me one hell of a headache. So I need you all to update your current info for our files. templates will be attached at the end of this transmission. Please fill them out and transmit as soon as possible,
or if you are on Baltimore drop them off to RT-74 outside my office. ignore it if it is rude, since I sent that
bloody thing in for updates it seems to have developed some new social behaviors.....
Not that I wish to undermine your efforts and contributions, but that is not a very corporate attitude. You will
not get far in Sirius with an attitude like that.
Hello fellow employees of Liberty's most potential corporation! We have had a very successful first quarter beyond my expectations. During this time my department have established contracts with major firms in Sirius and business is running smoothly without any serious competition. So far all my contractors have been satisfied with my work and I see no reason why they wouldn't renew the contracts next year. For your information I have attached a file covering my whole department.
There has been a terrible accident involving some our crew out in Omega 41 on Freeport 5. I am personally going out to investigate this mess. Since the neutron star jams most long rang comms I will be out of contact for an indefinite period of time.
Mr. Pommeroy, as you are my most active subordinate with the highest tenure you will be left in charge while I am gone. You will find my office pass key in your mailbox. Stay out of my whiskey and RT-74's remote is in the middle drawer should he become to mouthy again.

*ahem*
Mr. Unknown, your name fails to bring up a reference with any known Social Insurance or Bank Account number in our records. This of course leads me to believe that you do not wish us to know your name. I am afraid that our company will not employ anyone that distrusts us enough to refuse sharing such simple information. You have 24 hours to correct this please.
OOC// Seriously Commodore I am trying to get some faction Role Play going here. You need to give us more information than that to work with. Take a look at the other posts. If you cant think of something to say in RP the least you could do is make up a name. Sorry to come off as an ass but you need to be making some effort.
CommID: Richard Pommeroy
Addressed to: Mr. Edward Phillips, Acting CEO, Ad Infinitum Corp.
Subject: Official Company Registration
Mr. Phillips,
What's the status of the ongoing official registration of the company? Some of my contractors insist that we file an application to the Liberty Trade Commission so they can be sure of who to hold accountable for any losses. Personally, I don't like the feeling of us being portrayed as a shady off-shore business with all financial traces covered up. This cannot go on for much longer before Liberty authorities begin suspecting us, though we all now there's no illegalities going on within the company, our enemies could always make it into a media scandal.
I hope this small affair will be solved with the efficiency and punctuality that have made Ad Infinitum famous throughout Sirius.
Richard Pommeroy out.

((OOC: Are you planning on making a post at the Faction Status thread? It would make us much more structured if all public information could be collected at one place. Potential allies (and enemies) could also keep better track on our current diplomacy policy.))
