It has begun, a new day for me in the legione. I report now with the loss of my gunship, but the gain of so much more. I have freed from the royalists a certain ship, using my old connections. I am done hiding in the shadows, i am done being a pretend puppet for the very people i once fought for.
New life begins on the back of an old life, my legacy, and that of my father, will be renewed. The convergence now takes to the stars under the banner of the legione, the might of its hull shall make those who face it stand in fear.
The new ship for my fight is a ship meant for opulence and built on the backs of dictators whims. How ironic now that it becomes the sword for which we deny those whims. The convergence, is ready my lord. We have finished and begun our duties anew. A liner, fresh from the shipyards, the name of my old family emblazoned. Let us strike down the people who stand against us, for they shall know fear.
Vive, le legion... vive, le freedom... vive, le convergence!
On today's trip, Felix and I made a total gain of 24 millions, one from an IDF employee relentlessly caught in Burgundy. Its forerunner failed to comply with my demands so it received a free ticket to space. The second one was an either enormously generous or an enormously dumb one in Ile-de-France. He paid up 20 millions francs on his own free will along with a request directed at us not to bother him and his 'friends' for a while.
The real interesting encounter however was the one with this Police capitaine. I will quit prating now and let the logs speak instead.
**Legionnares...Some depressing news on the sirian front**
**It seems that our presence in Les Liberty is one of such that is unwanted, and due to their laws, is now stalling our trade routes with Deep Space Engineering**
**I am currently in talks with both Monsieur John Doe of DSE and Mosnieur Hawethorne of the Les Libetonian Chamber of Commerce, in hopes to resume our work and possibly start to expand**
**For now, all shipments to Planet Pittsburg are currently on hold until further notice**

Yet another boring old report (with mildly amusing guncams). After hearing the call from Vulpe, I jumped on The Mistral and rushed my way to Anjou. The reason was absurdly hilarious. The Council were sieging a base in the middle of Gallia and we were requested to help. Upon entering the system Anjou, I was met by complete void and no defence (Come on, not even those platforms!), so I went off to this supposed base under siege. Upon arrival, there were two Redemption-class battleships and some cruisers, along with Vulpe.
Then came the fun part. We were on a very important mission to watch space dust fly by while the capital ships hopelessly tried to punch holes in the base's shields. After a ton of waiting, some of us intercepted increased GRN communications in the system and assumed they started grouping their forces. Though, eventually we started getting reinforcements on our side as well, including Mandalorian Mercenaries, more Council and of course, more legionnaires. After a while of magnificent space dust observing, the calm before the storm has ended.
The GRP and GRN started appearing in the distance, at first a four bomber squadron. Soon after, a few battleships and cruisers. Fighting ensued. One royalist dead, others appear to take his place. Seemed like there was no end to them. After continuously shooting a battleship which was probably commanding the entire assault too many times, I got it's attention and all of the bombers started focusing on me. My ship dropped ded soon after, luckily some Council ship tractored in the remains and I observed the rest of the battle. It ended with a ..draw, I think? Eitherway, after it was all over I got into a shuttle and went back to Montbard for massive ship repairs.
--Vulpe stands among the crowd of silent legionnares within the arena of the Grande Guillotine, steeled in the task forehand as a pair of Legionnares bring forth a man, his face covered as they drag him up towards the central platform. A giant steel guillotine stood upon it, its blade covered in the blood of those who previously faced it. As the man was brought to its peak, Vulpe gave a simple nod, one of the legionnares pulling the cover from the man's head. The crowd went into an uproar as they his face was shown upon the view screens within the area, shouting in anger and kind for several moments. With his arms outstretched, donned in his ceremonial armor, Vulpe begins to calm the crowd--
**Legionnares...Every man's life is their most precious possession...And in such is to be kept**
**Today, we bring forth one of our own, one who has committed crimes in such against our brothers and sisters in arms**
--The crowd goes into another uproar as Vulpe once again calls for silence--
--In charge, the one named Chrome, has hearby been charged in acts of treason of the tongue, slamming us all in tones of the false and malcontent...My brothers and sisters, what say you in this of his punishment?**
--Loud cries of death, hack and quartering, and all kinds of punishment rang aloud within the arena, Vulpe taking nod after nod as he dropped his covered paws onto the mantle of his podium--
**I ask little of you all, we all must do what we must to survive until the time of retribution to those who brought us to this day...Sacrifices have been made...Sacrifices will always be made...For the Legione and its survival**
--A stoned silence is heard throughout the arena as Vulpe raises his head--
**I hearby sign the death warrant for one of our own...I take no pride in this act, for it is to spare all those here from the weight of this man's blood on their hands**
--With another nod, the legionnares holding Chrome begin to place him inside the guillotine, the cries of mercy and forgiveness filling the silent arena--
**Mercy is a commodity this ship holds in greater value and is not to be sold to the likes of you**
--The silence of more than a thousand steel cladded legionnares turns into a rhythm of stomps as they began to raise and drop their spears, signalling the remaining moments of the man named Chrome's life. Upon his podium, Vulpe gave his final words--
**May whatever god you worship deem you worthy of his mercy**
--The mortal blade of the guillotine seemed to drop in slow motion as it was released, following its only short path as it made contact with its final resting place--
**Vive la Legione**

**Due to our talks with Les Liberty drawing to a close, we are now able to fully resume shipments between DSE stations and our own...Be sure that if you are stopped by any local law enforcement to state your permit to pass and continue to work on our contracts with DSE**
**To that degree, we have also be given permission to finally begin construction of a shipyard to our station in Roussillon...This is our chance to finally create a possible playing field with the Royalists and create a new line of capital craft to finally help turn the tides**
