I mostly see you guys afking above the plane in Tau-23. Also, 3v1 on lone fighters isn't cool. And what's a trading faction doing rolling hard in Cougars and such?
Learn to gank with style- try not to ask help from factions that are diplomatic hostile with you.
Other then that I wish you luck.

Just keep shouting mate...
Seriously, someone ignores you, bite them inRP.
There is nothing wrong with your characters insulting people
for their inability to respond to their own emails in-character!
Although tactics like this are a little more difficult with "aggressive"
nations...
Otherwise your looking good mate!
You even have your "Skype negotiation" skills top notch,
and apparently that's a requirement for being Official.. :|
Im glad to see the whole thing got resolved. I love you guys for being corporate privateers in the Taus. No one's touched that ID clause in ages, and I need some more kill counters on the side of my Bottlenose convoy escort.
Also as far as I can tel EFL is an engineering company, based around shipbuilding, stationbuilding, and oil drilling. How do you plan to do these ingame? Build lots of player bases?

Technological Developments are also included in that list.
EFL Oil & Machinery's RP also includes aiding the Royal Navy, supplying their advance with much need resources. As there is no "Dynamic Economy" the illusion stands with EFL members transporting goods or acquiring them by means of Piracy against corporations affiliated with a House at War with Gallia. Our snubs are normally seen outside the Core Worlds where criminal or hostile behavior is more frequent. They assume the RP of Protecting the Supply Routes to insure supplies reach the navy.
Most structures in Gallia were constructed by EFL Oil & Machinery. So base building is also a key feature to our RP. Thanks to the game machines allowing Players to construct Player Bases. We can focus on building RP structures , establishing supply routes to its location, and begin supplying where we may be attacked then snubs are required to defend the construction site. Simply trading around in Gallia can become pretty boring but this allows much more entertainment.
Edited: What does EFL stand for I don't have an answer for you.
