Ricardo Alvarez looked up from his drink, where he and the other senior members of the Hispanic community were talking in furious Spanish... they fell silent all turning to look at Colonel Rhade.
Representative Ares, leader of the Hispanic community, Politburo member and the former Commandante of the Fighter Corps before his resignation in the wake of the JiangXi disaster, affixed Rhade with a firm glare.
"How is your Spanish?" he asked with a smile.
Alvarez lit a cigar, "screw his Spanish, ese," he looked up at Rhade, "How is your Tequila tolerance, holmes?"
The men all laughed and pushed out a stool for Rhade to join them.
