This might be sad news for you, but Gallic Junker ID has been disbanded since 19/08/15. ID change has been moved aside because there were more important things to do. ID description has been changed already and ID is waiting for its removal.

I actually would have loved to try this as my first step into gallic factions.
@Lythrilux is there an alternative ID which you can use for this faction?

Given the small effort and time it took to make that change, surely it would be far better to just rename the ID to Gallic Privateer? I have no intention of running a Gallic Junker faction because the lore sucks and they've effectively had their roles replaced by UC. The sensible direction is to push the faction as a Privateer faction.
Bretonia has a Privateer faction, why can't Gallia? I cannot achieve the same with any other ID. It would seem unfair to cut out the ID and the gameplay/roleplay experience associated with it that could in turn be shared with other players and create activity. As we have seen in this thread, there IS interest for this ID to be used as a Privateer ID. I already have several people in the faction chat who were interested in running this project with me as well.
While I understand what gameplay you are going for, there is going to be a story/lore problem as it doesn't really fit the royal train of thought.
If you want this to happen there is need to put some serious work in the background of this generic subsidiary so it can be integrated to the current story. Keep in mind what you're asking is essentially the creation of a new ID. It can't be added without good foundations because it will not only be available to you and other players must be able to dwell into it.

It'd also be sad to see regional themes and distinctions washed away in favour of giving everyone access to the same stuff. Regional differences are a thing that should be embraced, not undermined.
In any case, the Bretonian Privateer ID is explicitly unlawful, just with clauses that enable them to work exclusively with lawful Bretonians. Having a privateer wing act as a sub-wing of an existing lawful military faction is pretty stupid.

Not only that, but it's just like something of a special unit inside the GRN ( as they are pretty much doing what these Gallic Privateers are planning to do ) but I suppose GRN leadership wan't interested in the idea, or it was never even considered ( and I will not even try to troll with the fact that Lynth is building another half private half military faction ).
Bretonian Privateers are suppose to be "pirates in service of the queen" kind of ppl, I wouldn't imagine them how the QCP exactly was, more like how another writeup described it before the forum rollback , however I do not really see how what you guys have in mind could be similar to Bret. Privateers. More like a Gallic Commando , or a Gallic version of BIS/BDM/LSF with a little twist, not much.
Don't get me wrong, the idea is good, as Gauls don't have an "intelligence angency" yet, however mixing spies and privateers is a little tough imo.
