Many people complain about lack of people in areas but most of them dont even have characters there. Im about to make a bd so im help a bit.

I think this might be due to the scrap metal yields at Pittsburgh having dropped drastically.

I was being sarcastic, I've been in NY alot lately so yes I have been populating it. It's just so incredibly quiet.
