Nice to see that Sonja and Blunt agreed on the same points that I made in the first post :).
Mini is good for bombers - but it's also a primary anti-bomber weapon. It's possible to hit the slow turning bomber and deal some good damage to it.. yet get out of his line of fire before he turns.
As I already wrote once:
Mini should be possible to use on a fighter, yet no point in putting it on a bomber => lower energy need and maybe a bit lower damage for it.
Bombers shouldn't be able to fire supernova + mini at the same time
Some bombers are maybe too agile (I see blunt still can't get over Kusari bomber against Templars fight)

We've also conducted SCRA testing and Unselie's civvy bomber tore apart all in its wake. Nice to see from our side of the fence, but I won't be calling it fair, especially considering the reasons for the bomber rebalance... RM and SCRA killing fighters with bombers.
The one thing I disagree with is that supernova's should take 95% of energy. That destroys one of the tactics I already made for the new bomber set up, which involves neither the mini razor nor the inferno, and works most of the time after i get my opponent comfortable.
Also, the supernova would do an ungodly amount of damage if it took that much energy.
To add to this, you can't actually chainfire Colada's, or Codenames whilst regaining energy. Even the Deb's that I use on my bomber I don't fire when I'm trying to regain energy quickly, so I don't think that is an issue at all.
The 95% energy for the Supernova was because it should keep the bomber from using Supernova and Mini/Inferno at the same time - so that we don't get easy 1-2 kills. Don't know about an other way to do it.

bomber weapons should be instakills.
no way around it.
the whole point is to have them deal massive ammounts of damage.
so, if any fighter is dumb enough to stay in front of a bomber, it should die.
plain and simple.
and, we are defeating the point of having 2 torp slots.
why dont we just make bombers with one torp slot and the powerful energy?

It's quite hard to 1-2 kill someone unless the speeds of your guns match, as you need to move the reticule very quickly. I can't do that without practicing for a substancial amount of time. Besides, and player that get's 1-2 killed probably deserves it. The last time I 1-2 killed someone was in Tau 31 in the last version. He was sitting still against a gunboat, who wasn't shooting him. since all my guns had been flaked off except the supernova's, I 1-2'd this stationary guy. Even then it was hard to achieve, because I had to judge the lag time between the first nova hitting, and the shield going down.
Last time I 1-2 killed someone was one week ago in the QCO/KNF war flying the pontoon bomber. A templar flew straight at me....Razor + Supernova.
But it's true that it's more difficult than with 2 Novas before - projectile speeds are quite different and you can not fire like that often because of the energy use.
Still I think it shouldn't be possible to fire both at the same time, and increasing energy on the razor will just move it from the fighters to bombers.
So I suggest lowering the energy/damage on Razor (to move it back to fighters) and decrease the power supply on bombers, maybe increasing the recharge rate a bit.

Ideally if you want to get things balanced have me buy/find them, then Igiss will INSTANTLY fix it! :P Its happened before. Ok seriously. The Idea of a fighter is to keep moving, so i agree with nerfing the Mini Razor a LITTLE BIT! Not like they nerfed the Swarm (WHY GOD WHY!!!) But maybe bring it down to maybe 8000 damage? Why so low? Dang if i know. I still want a torpedo slot mount gun-like weapon, but thats just me.
Why the heck is the new Supernova so high? Youd think your own ship would get blown apart from firing that sucker. Originally, Bombers were simply unagile fighters who could carry 2 torpedo's or a supernova or inferno. Torps and Nova's were still usable on other ships, but they took up ridiculous amounts of power. Now bombers can STILL mount two Nova's and or Torpedos, and Fighters cant use nova's at ALL. I'm probably gonna get flamed here, but has anyone thought of reducing the number of slots to 1? Hell with the power on the new Supernova you don't NEED any more slots....

It wont be popular because people who use bombers want to KEEP using them because they have an advantage. People tend to want to keep winning where they won before. Now I'm going to end this topic before we get a 50 sentence paragraph about winning.
