<Brother.
Also, if the systems do get developed, it would almost be a neccesity to link one of them directly to Gamma.
Also, thanks for the input Vlko. So if there are no official Dev or Sails/TBH/Benitez plans for those systems, i can go ahead, put together a team to mod it and put in a submission for consideration?

It really isn't that hard to move a system.
Seriously, all you have to do is watch for economy issues and ensure you connect whatever systems are affected by the move.
If the Sails want a guard system, it could be done alright. Don't worry too much about system editing times, they aren't the time consumers.
Hola senors, how about adding a Secret Research Station into 1 of these system to study deep space phenomena and creat something like Salamanca Mk III and Special Artifacts to sell for a great prize? I would be glad if u grant me the RP control of that Station, since my RP chars are a group of Cybernetics Clones working for Imperio.

We already have enough secret research stations.

Tech development is independent of systems.

First off, NO im not adding in a station just for you, second, nobody has RP control of any individual Corsair station, thirdly, cybernetic clones in Imperio Del Corsario would be immediately destroyed, and finally, who are you, and why did you post in our message dump?
Also, after reading Igiss's massive design document and those checklists full of horrorific restrictions, this is now a side project rather than my main one.

point being i still didnt get any feedback on a preliminary system design we proposed, and i was not forwarded any discussion about it, so ... meh.
I suggested shoving a few biodomes in Omi96 some time back. Makes perfect sense for the Sairs to erect them in that location: No asteroids, a hot, young sun, and the system is as secure as it can be. Never did get off the ground that project...

The guidelines for system design that Igiss put up are a bit out of date.
Any realistic system is fine.
Just no 1000k wide artillery guns etc.
If folks want a system, all they need to do is put forward their idea for it. It can then be picked at and if it is all good, on it goes.
That also includes systems with custom station components. Omicron 74 has them for instance.

Cool, cuse i was looking at the chart, and i was all like "wtf do you just want me to plop some planets in it and call it a day?".

I designed the Omicron-94 system (in terms of RP, infocards, rumors, geography and concepts) along with system designer Hyperion. Therefore allow me to offer some thoughts on further development of the region.
Both Omicron-94 and Omicron-91 were designed to have a distinctly "edge of charted space" feel. In the case of 94, we made a decision to devote half of the system to being "wilderness" with numerous elements of danger within it, and rumors etc. warning the player to stay away from the region. On the map of sirius, these sytems are some of the most isolated and remote.
We also tried (though it doesn't look like it so much any more) to keep artificial development as plausible as possible, with bases etc. either under construction or, in the case of the Battleship Delos, saved from decommissioning and moved there at the last minute following concerns regarding a possible threat beyond the frontier. It seems to me that there should be a gradient of decreasing development, with increased distance from the Crete region of Gamma, and that artificial development of the systems beyond 94 and 91 should reflect their remote nature, and recent discovery.
I'd also imagine that the owners of 91 and 94 might prefer their systems not to become a high-traffic thoroughfare to something grander in 93/96.
If the Sails dont want them, perhaps it would be best to engineer these two systems for the purposes of providing a new challenge for explorers; tough combinations of navigational hazards, scanner interference, radiation, the odd wreck, maybe a badlands anomaly to hunt down. This region is very dark on the Sirius map; antimatter clouds or no stars perhaps?
